That intro was great! Sink looks awesome.
Thanks a lot😁
And the Oscar goes to the Bad MF kitty!👏🏻😊 Her cameo was awesome. The granite sink is very nice though))
On behalf of BMF I want to ask, can I exchange the Oscar for the equivalent of food?
Top notch. Educational and entertaining. Bravo!
Thank you. It's always nice to know that you like what I do. Very supportive
Stone is a fantastic material that enables a craftsman to make both utilitarian items and pieces of art. Thanks for your video!
Thank you for your comment.
What a wonderful informative video! Really high production value, with good humor and good technical information. You rock Dennis! Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the compliment. But without your views there would be no video. 😉

Dang man, this is exactly what type of channel I was looking for. Cool things made from granite. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for commenting.😃 Glad you liked it
Awesome. So cool! You are the man. Thank you.
Thanks you
This is wonderfull! You should have 100k subscribers at least
I really hope for it. Thank you
Awesome video, nice work!
Glad you liked it. Thank you
I also checked your channel. And wow, great job! I was truly amazed. Why don't you post videos anymore?
Nice work, nice video, nice cat!
NICE. thank you my friend
Hi Denis, another impressive video. I was impressed that you were able to use the core drill to do milling as well. I'm sure you know this, but in case you don't, a "stubbing wheel" can be use. They have thicker diamond segments than the core drills. I'll have to go back and slow down the Fusion 360 part to learn how you did the drilling for roughing. That is how I hope to do it with the robot. Nice to see you have worked it out.
Thank you. I will add that the only problem I have is the lack of special drills for granite. The segments that I use are intended for reinforced concrete. One day I came across special segments for granite and the difference is very noticeable. The drilling speed for reinforced concrete segments is 35-40mm per minute, for granite 250-300mm. min. But unfortunately they are no longer available from the company where I bought them. Also, the spindle on your robot allows you to use cutters that are quite long, so my advice is to avoid using drill bits for milling. As you can see in the video, I work with a spindle where I can.
As for the "stubbing wheel". In my case, I use them extremely rarely. My spindle is not powerful enough. To calibrate the surface, I use a thick saw blade - a very fast and effective method, I highly recommend trying it on a robot. In other cases, mainly cutters with a diameter of up to 20mm. But thanks for the advice, I really appreciate your help.
You are the Pro!
Thank you, but I never considered myself a professional.)) More like a person with certain experience and knowledge. The more I do this work, the more I realize that there is still a lot to learn.
Like ❤ from the first seconds of the video for the idea and acting) But the sink and the bowl are also great! It is very interesting to watch the creation process.
Thank you very much for your support
Impressive 👍
Thank you. There will be a lot more interesting things to come. Stay tuned
Good job! )
Thank you my friend)
Can you make the top portion of a toilet bowl ?
I can even make a whole toilet😎
Great video Im subbed
Thank you. you help the channel a lot😊
The hellcat looks like Cerberus guarding the entrance to the workshop.

How much inc bore drill and what's the time it takes to finished may I know.
If I understand you correctly. Drill diameter 35 mm. Drilling took 8 hours and another 12 hours for finishing
@@madeofstone7619 what's the drill length and max last how much mm we can attached the drill
In my case, the drill length is 270 mm. Drilling depth 150mm. The cutting part of the drill (tip) is 12mm. They are replaceable, one set is enough for about 60 holes in hard granite. The drill body itself can be of any length; there are also extensions with which you can drill as deep as you need.@@Mohammed-b4t7d
@@madeofstone7619 Actually I'm manufacturing of Black granite solid stone sink with manually drill length 228mm. It takes fully finished within one hour
It's very fast. I don't think I could have cut out the sink in an hour even with a more powerful machine. Good for you@@Mohammed-b4t7d
Чудово! Особливо місочка для кішки.
Дякую друже
Oh, so informative video, amazing! Yeah, we’re happy now, MFka!!
Glad you appreciated the intro😁
I'm wondering why you don't just drill four holes total, one at each corner, and then use a vibrating diamond encrusted wire to cut down between holes and across the bottom.
How I wish I had such a tool😁
a+ for the intro! hahaha
Thank you. I try to have some fun.
oh you deserve way more subs, i'll help out!
Thank you. I appreciate it
Subscribed for the kitty!
On behalf of kitty, thank you very much🙂
Wood,stone and brass. 😁
I'm not sure I understood the message. but thank you.
Not aligned with thumbnail - there is a polished version on the thumbnail and here you say it will be polished in the next video.
the picture shows the wet version of the sink and not the polished one. It is difficult to distinguish a wet stone from a polished one, especially at this resolution😉
@@madeofstone7619 Ok, makes sense. Then at which moment in the video I see the same picture as on the thumbnail?
@@lekagoI photographed the sink after I had edited the video. So she is in the same form and polishing stage as you saw at the end of the video
@@madeofstone7619 And that was my point - I didn't see in the video the product in the state as on the thumbnail - and it is a click bait.
What I'm trying to say is that I didn't have the opportunity or time to dry the sink so that it looked exactly the same as in the video. I don't think it's that important. If this offended you in any way, I'm sorry@@lekago
i see left over X's and O's Make some fancy stone tic tac toe boards
Thanks for the comments and thanks for the tip)
How do you believe the Egyptians and the Romans made their granite sarcophagi, using simple tools?
Thanks for the comment. In general, all the answers to your question are on your channel) If you are interested in my opinion, then yes, everything I do on my channel can be done manually. With the simple tool. I will add that some work can still only be done by hand, for example if you need to get an exact fit or a very flat surface like on a surface plate. Check out this video of mine, all the rough work is done with power tools but the finishing is done entirely by hand ruclips.net/video/ulZqc-BQ9dY/видео.html&ab_channel=Madeofstone
You are the man I want to talk to Ben van Kerkwyk from UnchartedX RUclips channel. This would help to explain the extreme precise ganite artefacts from the old Egypitan dynasties.
Thanks for the compliment. But I'm afraid that my opinion about ancient artifacts is not scientific since I am not an archaeologist or an Egyptologist. I love and am interested in ancient technologies, but I’m definitely not an expert in this matter.
The principles for hollowing out granite blocks shown in this video are very much the same methods used in ancient Egyptian times. Obviously the tools used here are more advanced, but the ancients used copper tubes used in conjunction with abrasives like corundum and quartz sand to drill out the cores and weaken the central mass - powered manually by bow drills or fly-wheel drills. The remaining un-drilled sections were then knocked out using chisels just like shown in this video.
