Just bought the Redge fit. The video is great for showing how to do the exercises. However, could you give some guidance on how to start off if you eventually want to progress and add some muscle. How many sets per exercise to start with, how many tension bands to use and how many days a week. Appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
I need help for which setting I should have the tightness on for these workouts. It seems that the tension completely disappears on many workouts for me when ever I make certain movements
