I just purchased this lens after buying four others. 18-55, 55-200, 16 and 35. I have to be honest and say that the 23 is my favourite. I never thought I’d say that because I absolutely love my 35 👍🏼
Its a great lens! I'm now thinking about the 18-55 or the 16-80 to help create my videos. I've heard great things about the 18-55 but it's not weather sealed

23mm APC is 35mm FF and that is the absolute most versatile field of view when doing street photography.
I love that focal length so much.
Its my favourite by far!
For me when I shot Fuji this lens lived on my camera. Its fast focusing, quiet, incredible sharpness and it's weather sealed.

Yeah, the 18-55 is a great lens but I never use it. It was always my 35 until I got the 23. I don’t know why but the 23 just seems easier to use.
