I use to have very little confidence since I was the 3 option and didn't want to annoy the 2 main players, I was to scared to even do a between the leg Crossover or shoot the ball. but then when I became the man guy ony team, my confidence bloomed and I started to do more moves and take shots.

Things like spot up shootign or doing the same move 50 times in a row still are good tho right? Cause they build that muscle memory and make u elite at that one thing so as long as u have variation and difficulty its gonna translate?

It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it also isn’t the best way to improve at something. Muscle memory is a term that’s misused. Being great at any skill, shooting for example, isn’t about repeating the EXACT same form every time, it’s about being able to adapt your form, even just minutely, from shot to shot because each shot is going to be slightly different. The better you are at still being able to make shots despite shot variability, the better you’re going to be as an in game shooter. So that’s why there’s value in practicing in a way where you aren’t shooting the exact same shot 50 times in a row, but switching it up each shot instead. But like I said, doesn’t mean that shooting the same shot over and over again is necessarily a bad thing or something you should never do but you should also work on switching it up each time as well.
