Think about it like this, people like Tamomo or Raikou know how to use things like stove, oven, and other cooking tools. But do you think they can fix those tools and stuff like Muramasa can? Unless they learned for it, it will be hard for them. (Exception being to Servants who are Genius like Edison or Tesla)
