Games 3, 4, and 5 were all RIDICULOUS!!! Cody just absolutely refusing to die on last stock over and over in games 3 and 4, into Zain just going TAS mode in game 5. This was easily one of the most exciting Fox vs Marth sets I've ever seen.

I’m noticing Cody’s recovery is a pretty big problem. Amsa and zain dropped more than 3 edge guards against him at this tournament that cost them a lot. Them angles son
Cody plays Fox so fast and is usually being sent offstage due to trades that it looks extremely difficult to be in optimal Fox edgeguarding positions. Even in Grand Finals vs Amsa, Amsa was in the perfect position to cover all of Cody's options but Amsa wasn't able to slow down enough to catch Cody on them. Cody really has been taking Fox's strengths to the extreme lately, even if he isnt unstoppable.
The defensive play in their sets always blows me away: the stuff they have to do not to instantly die, mixing so many instances of slight di slide off di, techs where i didn't even know was possible, and squeezing so much out of SDI its insane. Cody impresses me a lot in that, but then you also see what zain does to not get locked in the pressure of the best Fox, these sets are so good
cody is my protagonist this tournament. he has one of the most beautiful foxes ive ever seen. he always goes for the most hard to read option and has an extremely good work ethic when it comes to approaching. i feel like his options are all really hard to do but effective if done right
That genuinely is one of the highest level sets I've ever seen
i feel like this is almost undoubtedly the highest level set to happen so far in melee history. Just my opinion tho
