    2 things: I think the holes in the mudguard is to direct air through it, to minimize the vacuum effect that all EUC's have behind them and which causes dirt to get sucked on the back of the EUC and your lower legs.
    Also it seems you might be able to use some of the screwholes above the pedals to design some jump pads that can get closer to your foot but still allow the pedals to close? If it's possible to get those screws out and put some longer ones in..
    Thanks for the video, very informative!

    • @EUCWayOfLife
      @EUCWayOfLife  Год назад +3

      That 100% makes sense about the mud guard slots! I did notice it accumulated a lot less dust than my other wheels on this trail specially the SS and s22 pro...
      For the jump pads Im still debating if I'm going to design any part for this wheel it's pretty well rounded ofhed than the jump pad

    Solid review, well done! I had the mten4 on pre-order and changed it to the A2, glad I did now, I already have the mten3 so this will fit in my fleet, I primarily bought it as a trainer wheel for my broke ass friends that won't belly up and buy a wheel, might just keep it as a fun/versatile yard wheel for myself and let them walk:)

    • @EUCWayOfLife
      @EUCWayOfLife  Год назад +2

      The last part of thaf comment got me hahahaha but in all seriousness the mten4 is a wonderful wheel but for training people you definitely made the right decision as the A2 is was less jerky and finicky as the mten4!
      Glad my review helped, ride safe!

      Lol, yeah my friends, they have the money, they're just tight I guess. I pre-ordered mine with the street tire from ewheels, how do you like the knobby? This will see a lot of yard use and not a lot of real off road so I'm thinking I'll be okay with the street tire??

    • @EUCWayOfLife
      @EUCWayOfLife  Год назад +1

      @@retrothruster2539 I prefer knobby tires because they are more versatile for when you need it rather than being strictly a pme situation use (moderately).
      Honestly since it's the same rim and motor I'm not sure how a street tire could have that much side wall to STILL be a 15" like the A2 with the knobby...

      Haha I'm actually debating it but the size of the mten4 and it's weight is quite a bit difference, this isn't so pocketable... Also going to guess with the much larger tire it'll get a pretty big hit to range, that test is next!
      It is much like the hero but unlike cheap with tiny tabs it's metal and on really well lolp

    • @EUCWayOfLife
      @EUCWayOfLife  11 месяцев назад

      Without knowing case usage I can't really say or even the "budget". Technically a mten4 could haul you around would it make the most sense? No. Is it capable? Yes. Is it a "budget" wheel? Yes.
      Would I say you "need" a master pro or ex30? No. Would the best suite you? Possibly 🤷

      @@EUCWayOfLife Ah, I didn't really think about that... Something I toss in the trunk of my car when it's too much to take my e-bike. I probably would be running around polo fields, the ranch and maybe the neighborhood so no commuting. Dirt roads, grass and some pavement nothing more then 10 miles. It seems like at my weight recommendations are always priced in 1600$+ which is expensive for a first purchase.

      I was in your boat 2+ years ago biggest thing I always tell people is do NOT get a beginner or "first time" wheel.
      Do your research find the wheel you think suits you best save and buy it. No one knows your needs, wants and happiness like you do.
      Used wheels don't hold value, new wheels don't hold value and people outgrow wheels very easily. Why but a low end wheel outgrow it in a month or 2 or 6 and be forced to sell it at a loss?
      My first wheel was actually a of Sherman. Than an s18 and the s18 is what I sought after but so many said due to my weight it wasn't a realistic wheel.
      You know what wheel I sold and never looked back! The Sherman...
      Took me 2 years to finally sell the s18's.
      Food for thought and I'm happy to make reqs.
      Note I also came from ebikes, once you get euc and love it you'll sell them trust me

    What is its price? Will there be a pull-out handle for transportation? And why did they remove the 1500 watt motor and put a weaker one at 1000 watts? What's the point? A weaker engine is easier to push through and fall, especially at a speed of 25-30 miles per hour. The msm 5 had 1500 watts. What is your weight? Does it have enough power to drive confidently and cheerfully? I weigh almost 90 kilograms and a 1000 watt motor scares me a little.

    • @EUCWayOfLife
      @EUCWayOfLife  11 месяцев назад

      What are you on about.... Both units have a 1000w motor. mten4 motor was never 1500w. I state my weight in nearly every video I'm riding in I'd suggest watching them.

      @devili190 11 месяцев назад

      @@EUCWayOfLife Of course, I compared this wheel with the mсm 5 model. there is no point in comparing wheels of different diameters. the msm 5 had a 1500 watt motor, which of course is more than 1000 watts.

    How is the road noise on the knobby tire?
    Also in regards to the screen, my mten4 has an early pixel that lights up prematurely upon power-on - wondering if the controller/ connection on this wheel is better.

    • @EUCWayOfLife
      @EUCWayOfLife  Год назад +1

      It's a bit noisy nothing as bad as some other wheels but riding side by side with a s18 with tr1 you can't even hear the s18 over this wheel. I believe it's due to knob spacing.
      I'm not sure but I just hope it doesn't go out like my t4's and mten4's because this wheel.clearly isn't easy to get into....
