Ouch poor baby. I bet he can hear 5 miles away now. Good job as usual Dede. Good thing he was lucky to get a groomer like you. You were so gentle even if it was hurting him.
Awww.....you talk to them SO sweet, and comforting while you trying to work on them......(do you get good hugs when you're done, after they calm down of course??? hahaha! i hope you do!).....
Is there any way that you or the owner could apply lidocaine before pulling the hair out. I think that it would help a lot. Thank you for all the love and care that you show to each and every pet that goes into your store ❤️ 💕 ♥️
I agree people please do your research before you commit to owning any animal they are alot of responsibility and once you get educated on whats required to take care of an animal you might realize it's just to much work and then please don't get that animal, even fish are a big responsibility, so please think before you act🙂 thank you
My heart hurts for the dog though I know it needs to be done. I wish people would do some research before choosing a dog as some breeds have more issues than others. Good work!!
Poor baby. Yes, it's a constant struggle with pet parents who are afraid of doing something wrong so they do nothing about ears, nails, pills... And all of them, if left unattended, are a health hazard.
omg that poor baby. it may be like my dog that gets yeast infections all the time due to allergies? i know when my dog is getting an infection so im onto it & clean his ears regularly & alway make sure the hair is removed
Too much for the poor dog . Yes I know they must be done but I'm afraid the utensil used could harm him as he is moving around so much. Couldn't the vet give a sedative. I have bred dogs for years but I did the ears regularly I realise that and some people don't. But I was so upset to see the poor dog go through it.
I'm becoming a groomer and have had pet parents tell me that their vet tells them not to have us pluck ear because it cause ear infections... I personally don't believe it. What do you think?
the foccile of the hairs that got pulled can open up and cause infection i think is what they mean by that but by mainting ear hair can prevent future infections
My friend is an audiologist for humans and is against anything going into the ear (especially non-sterile items) because the hairs are there to wick the earwax out. Ears are self-cleaning. Removing the hair could technically cause a build up of earwax leading to blockage and infections. At the same time, too much hair is also not a good thing.
I know this may be a silly question but why do you have to pull the ear hairs out? I've never had a dog and not heard of this being done before. Thanks.
When my pup do not like his ear getting clean I first let him small and maby lack the things that I am using for him then with some scratches on his tummy and hade he let me clean him sticky ears
I dont think that was required, and at the very least it should have been under anesthetic if a vet thought pulling out the hair was necessary. The cleaning with a sharp tool and shred of cotton ball set me over the edge. I think this was a poor, painful job and the dog was severely traumatised.
It's very, very risky to put dogs under, especially little ones. Too many risks to do it for a simple ear cleaning that only hurts the moment it is pulled... It's like waxing your eyebrows
Many vets will refer their clients to the groomers to do this and there’s no reason to put a dog under for this when it’s similar to waxing with the rapid pull
I am not trying to be critical, and you were very compassionate with him buy why did you constantly put sharp scissors in his near his ear canals. Wouldn't a blunt set of piers be much safer for the dog and still be able to grab the hair?
J'avais jamais vu autant de poils dans l'oreille d'un chien et c'est tellement important de les arracher mais en douceur . On peut dire que chez vous les oreilles sortent très propres
Yeah it was weird that she used hemostats with the cotton balls clean the inside of the ear. It would be a lot more comfortable for the dog if she just used a cotton ball, solution and just her fingers...
Oh that brought tears to my eyes 😢 poor Georgie! You were SO compassionate with him🙏🏼❤️
Ouch poor baby. I bet he can hear 5 miles away now. Good job as usual Dede. Good thing he was lucky to get a groomer like you. You were so gentle even if it was hurting him.
He’s yelling at you but he’s also leaning into it
Awww poor baby sounds like a human child crying 😔 Job well done 🙏🏻👍🏼💜🐶
I thought the same thing
Her: “I didn’t do it”
Dog: -whimpers- “Yes you did”
Awww.....you talk to them SO sweet, and comforting while you trying to work on them......(do you get good hugs when you're done, after they calm down of course??? hahaha! i hope you do!).....
I’m amazed that some people have no idea how to take care of their animals. RESEARCH PEOPLE BEFORE YOU SETTLE ON YOUR PET. So sad.........
I totally agree
l now eh,,we humans take care of our ears why on earth would a dog be any different...
I love how you talked to Georgie. It was adorable. He’s a good boy.
Is there any way that you or the owner could apply lidocaine before pulling the hair out. I think that it would help a lot. Thank you for all the love and care that you show to each and every pet that goes into your store ❤️ 💕 ♥️
Okay dede i have to know why do people keep buying these curly hair dogs if their not gonna maintain there ears correctly at the very least
Poor doggo 🥺 The poor dog wouldn’t have had to go through this if the owner just maintained it!
The pup obviously has been groomed, so the groomer should have taken the initiative and done the job. Poor pup.
Aww, poor baby🐶 It had to be done, but he almost sounded like a child, when he was whining/crying🐕😢

“This is just cleaner!” *sniff sniff* I don’t believe you.
Poor baby. Yes, it's a constant struggle with pet parents who are afraid of doing something wrong so they do nothing about ears, nails, pills... And all of them, if left unattended, are a health hazard.
Poor baby. Thank you for helping
I cry along with that baby
Awe, poor Georgie, it hurt my heart to hear him. But it looks so much better!!
omg that poor baby. it may be like my dog that gets yeast infections all the time due to allergies? i know when my dog is getting an infection so im onto it & clean his ears regularly & alway make sure the hair is removed
That sound is heartbreaking
Maybe that's why mom avoided it. Poor little guy. Great video as always.
Wow! That was big ear hairs. Good job! We know that your removing the ear hair. With the upmost "TLC."🐾❤️👍

Ooh 😞 poor dog 🐶I felt so sorry for him!!! Has a dog ever had his ears clean?
Poor baby but this was satisfying
I'm becoming a groomer and have had pet parents tell me that their vet tells them not to have us pluck ear because it cause ear infections... I personally don't believe it. What do you think?

prevent ear infections and allow ear to breathe
This makes no sense to me ! People take care of your dogs ears at home and they won’t go through this pain! Presious baby is hurting him😪
He just wants love and attention. He’s a good boy. He needs to be held. 💙
Poor baby!! My dogs was whining listening to her.
At 4:14 it sounded like he said mommy🥺 Poor little guy💔
Dog ear infections are very common - but they can be very painful for dogs!
GREAT video. The ears are shown close up, so you can really see what’s going on.
I agree good video
Poor baby. Looks like my Minnie(1994-2010). She hated having her eyes cleaned. Didn't mind ear cleaning.
Aww poor baby is this first time😢
Lil dogs are always the most vicious
One thing I have never understood watching dog groomers is why you use a tiny piece of cotton? That has to scratch their ears or hurt them.
the ear canal is tiny, have you seen it?
@@myfavoritegroomer no I haven’t. I always thought it was roomy in there! Makes sense now.
@@myfavoritegroomer so basically a bigger piece wouldn’t fit down in there?
When my pup do not like his ear getting clean I first let him small and maby lack the things that I am using for him then with some scratches on his tummy and hade he let me clean him sticky ears
The owners need to do what she says , walk them ,take them to the vet often
Are those ticks on his back?
someone is going to need a cuddle
Land sakes, I have never seen so much hair in a dog's ears. Poor Georgie.
Oh my goodness!
Ohhh piccolo 😔.grazie dok 👃❤️
Oh my goodness. Poor baby 😣

How often should a dog's ears be plucked?
You know they have creams to deaden the pain , before you go that deep.
Daaaaw. That poor baby.
Little poodles scream about everything. I had a toy that would beg to be picked up, but only a certain way of course.
Why couldn't a vet do it under anesthesia? 😥

she can do that, the white powder help with pain, i dont understand why she not used the powder
@@ROCCO1982 the white powder doesn’t help with pain it helps with gripping the hair covered in ear wax
Awwww poor baby 😔
I always got my dog hair cut short
My puppy had ear hair removed it hurts
My bowser has more of the schnauzer ears. Cutting the ear hairs is so important.
It cant be cut, it has to be pulled out
Yes I ordered pads. They are great
I am not trying to be critical, and you were very compassionate with him buy why did you constantly put sharp scissors in his near his ear canals. Wouldn't a blunt set of piers be much safer for the dog and still be able to grab the hair?
A Anestesia?
Tenías que haberle puesto un poquito de aceite para suavizar el pelo
Put the dog to sleep then pull the hair out.
Ouch awwww your the best🙂
Makes me wonder how the domestic dog would have survived without the help back then
It probably hurts when you pull the hair out of the ears but i bet some dogs are relieved you got that nasty hair..
lol Gorge was not having it he almost ripped the muzzle off. he wanted no parts in the discomfort. great job groomer (i’m srry i missed your name)
Love how u talk to them, explaining wht your going to do, but wouldn’t it be safer and easier to use Qtips??
No, as it can push things in further.
You can still puncture the eardrum with qtips and you get less control as they are bendable and sometimes too large.
@@Peridot0000 but the have an L shaped ear canal so it's not going to puncture anything
STOP!!!!! TAKE TO VET...STOP!!!! OMG!!!
Whomever owned that dog needs to experience what the dog just did.
N0 sedation ???
Awww
Two massive ticks on his back this dog isn’t cared for properly!😢🥺
J'avais jamais vu autant de poils dans l'oreille d'un chien et c'est tellement important de les arracher mais en douceur . On peut dire que chez vous les oreilles sortent très propres
Can't it be cleaned quick with a firecracker?
Unfit pet parent's,some people just shouldn't have pets.smh
Making the noise to the dog is not helpful
eventhou i dont like to see or hear this in any way posible i know its good for there health and realiy importen.ö..... i feal so bad for them..
Poor thing. That was saf
Poor dog 😩
Where are the ear pads you used to use?
Poor thing
Why on earth would you use huge tweezers in an ear!
They are called hemostats !
They are not tweezers, they are hemostats. They are blunt tipped and made for this
Yeah it was weird that she used hemostats with the cotton balls clean the inside of the ear. It would be a lot more comfortable for the dog if she just used a cotton ball, solution and just her fingers...
What are those dirty spots on her back?
Skin tags/moles. Some dogs get those as they age.
@@ngray60 thank you!
Meu Deus. Kkkkke dor gente...É o mesmo que vcs extrairem um dente sem anestesia Misericordia....gente!
For the future, it'd probably be best not to yse gloves. It makes it a lot easier to pull the hair out.
poor babyyyy :( i'm so sorry, you gotta bear it a lil bit okay? so it's not gonna hurt laterr :((
I don't think it's excruciating. This dog just strongly objects to anyone messing with his ears.
A por favor tirar o pelo assim de uma anestesia local
Poor baby
So sad. Poor fur baby
Poor puppy
Put more power ear that why dog is pain about ears
Ear powder is not a numbing agent 😵💫
she talks to it like it`s human
Why do people like these kind of dogs lol
Too much talk on the groomers part---noises etc., not the words.
Please stop sticking sharp scissors in the dogs ears. Can't u find something that isn't so sharp please
jessica, they are NOT scissors.
Why owner is so nasty the dog is hurting so sad
Use a q tips
