You need a light misting of top coat before laying other coats down. Sometimes less is more with the distressing... people tend to distress all when there would only be certain areas of wear, trigger guard, firing action etc.. Its nice that you haven't started trying to replicate rust and dirt as it then starts being a bit too much "steam punk" rather than movie prop.
The paint looks good but this is totally wrong you are supposed to take the gun apart because if you don’t the paint will jam up the trigger, bolt and the way the chain works
when we have have a decision to make shall i do A or B and we choose B we are often left thinking im sure i should of chose A, well let me tell you by not taking it apart you most defintely made the right decision
2 days. The primer and black paint went on in the evening, and I let it dry over night. The next day I did the silver detailing. so overall, including drying time, it took about 18 hours.
I love how real this man and video is even though it’s about a nerd gun great vid man

That looks so realistic I think it looks like a minigun
Looks rad! Redoing my own Nerf guns right now so looking at other redos for inspo!
Great paintjob man, looks like real. One of the best, indeed.
Is it for sale? Of course, if it's still there and still works...
These guns when they paint them looks like it’s from transformers or terminator
Did you send it? Other wise paint will peel off. Looks very nice.
Your videos are awesome, why do you only have 25 subs??! You deserve more
agreed
Agreed
Great job. That thing looks sick!
Don't need to take it apart completely but it does help to remove a few bits lol!

turned out great! nice work
Wonder how he found a Vulcan for 2 dollars or why the seller sold it for so low
He said he found it at goodwill which depending on the area sell stuff for really cheap

Really good job
Bugs me how he didn't remove the internals to make it easier
I didn't realize people would actually watch this, or I would have!
just sounds like a lot more work.... I am working on one right now and I didnt remove any internals and its looking pretty slick
And It Bugs Me Because He Painted And Ruined A Good Old Clear Vulcan...
This is a great video! You deserve way more subs!
How dare you paint this clear masterpiece. I am disappointed
psh it looks way cooler after
Bouncy Bounce Kids true but a clear blaster is rare
I thought you did a decent job of that .
okay THIS SHIT LOOKS DOPE
Thank you. It was one of those rare times where what's in my head actually works out.
Game of Life You did a great job, man! Looks like something you’d bring into a war and be terrified of..!
Nothing realistic about painting a gun GUNmetal just because its in the name..
Nerf Vulcan
Not so close to the gun my guy
Easy wax on Wax off movement
I would have liked the video but u sound depressed
fake paint
you wasted a perfect clear vulcan, it would have been worth a lot if you waited a couple years......, and please......add some fucking music.....
Ikr This Shit Was Kind Of Rare He Should’ve Done It To The Yellow Vulcan
