If you talking about demographics u are way off for Memphis. This is a Memphis story where two main groups are 67+% B to 27%W. Crime is mostly proximity and opportunity. Comment sections are fun to play in to people like you and the overwhelming majority of people who do this wont lift a finger to help in any way.
