It's natural dog behavior. Previous litters of puppies do become the babysitters fr new ones because they aren't old enough yet to make good hunters. AND an Aussie is smart enough to figure out the bottle .
My last dog was an Aussie mix. I have NEVER encountered another dog anywhere near AS SMART AS SHE WAS!!!!!
