This is all ridiculous. No association lawyer is ever going to file a lien on a home for a ramp. What is the basis for the lien? There is no cash damage. They can go to court to try to force compliance but that would be thrown out with prejudice almost immediately as it violates the ADA. They can't evict as the homeowner owns the property. The only thing you can file a lien for is non-payment of dues or assessments. The the best you can then do is to try to force a sale to cover the missing funds. That usually resolves it. I was president of our HOA for several years, resigned and now sit on the board. I don't know what the actual story behind this is but a quick call to the HOA attorney should have sorted it out quickly.

When I was 10 years old there was this priest, and when people, mainly females confessed their sins, to this priest, he waited until they were finished, and then he used to tell them, you didn't confess all your sins, I saw serpents coming out from your mouth each time you confessed a sin, and then I saw all the serpents entering into your body again, what are you not telling me?... I'm more inclined to think this was caused by arsenic, not mercury. The green pigment of copper arsenites was commonly used in everything from paint, to wallpaper, to pottery and carpet dye. This video has a number of problems. The narrative is disjointed and confusing. Nobody was putting serial numbers on anything, including plates, in 1824 (and if they did, it would not last 200 years of washing, nor is it likely to end up in a searchable database). Her plate is green, different from the others, yet nobody noticed her switching them.
