The Folk Witchcraft by Horne has an updated 2021 version ( I found both on Abe's books when I was looking for the orange covered one). Do you know if it is that much different? The reviews for the older one or fantastic.

It’s the audacity for me. You don’t know me, my life, my belief system or how I was raised for that matter. When will you understand that the more you pressure and push people the less they want to do what you are saying? Maybe I was raised Christian maybe my entire life I was devoted God and told he has a plan for our family only for my father to pass away and now my mother having the same fate much too young. What about children who die of cancer every day? What did they do wrong? When God answers you let me know. Until then I’ll keep my plants, my books and my candles.
