These boys were basically known as the Anthem rap group, all they hits were anthems. Their first big one was O.P.P. You have to react to that one. Their other big hits were Uptown Anthem, Feel me Flow, and Everything's Gonna be Alright.

Okay, I thought I was going crazy and just getting old, but I could have sworn you guys reacted to this song before. So I checked. 11 months ago, you did the same song. But hey, I'm not complaining. I always love you guys hearing music from my generation. Now you guys have to do O.P.P. that's their song we're all waiting on for you guys to react to, Naughty by Nature is some of the best from way back. I bet you don't even realize how many cameos were in this video. Queen Latifah, Monie Love, Jam Master J, Fab Five Freddy (Legendary D.J.), and more. You down with O.P.P yea you know me. That song was an anthem, it was a movement. Still a jam. Wrong song in the thumbnail guys. Now you gotta listen to O.P.P
I was watching Bell Biv Devoe concert last week and the audience sang Hip Hop Hooray. When it is played today, it’s still hot. HIP HOP was bangin back then. Those songs and artists contributed to the longevity of Hip Hop. Ever heard female rapper MC Lyte, she was popular had the ladies singing we want a roughneck.
Queen Latifah is in the video because she was Naughty by Nature's manager. She also manager OutKast and hosted of other 90s artist through her company Flavor Unit
OPP is mandatory after this one. Couldn't go anywhere back in the day without hearing this one or OPP. Naughty By Nature were known for writing straight anthems.
Coming from the opposite site, but still around this time, you guys gotta do some 'Kid 'n Play'. You literally can't sit still when ANY of their songs are playing.
I needed this tonight. Do their song Uptown Anthem too. So very dope. I think you guys will also like the following: Cindafella by Dana Dane A Children's Story and La Di Da Di by Slick Rick I got it made by Special Ed
They forgettin' a lot! Even before that! I like it - but so much missed. That's okay; just initially presented, here, as something they were willing to entertain. I'm finding that as "not-so-much". 😬
Its good your listen to old skool hiphop! Thats where it all started! I came from two old skool groups myself! South Central Cartel and World Class Wreckin Cru! Much respect to y'All
This is the first hip hop song in my memory. The 1st one I was consciously aware of & could sing along with at 4 y.o. I'd stand in front of the TV and wave my hands "heeeyyy hoooo".. I also thought Vin & Mike Tyson were the same person lol
Hi Tim and Fred! Happy New Year! First off, glad to see you healthy, Tim! And hope you're staying safe and healthy in the new year as well Fred! Yo, Naughty by Nature were like the Hip-Hop anthem making kings back in those days. They also had on one called "Uptown Anthem" that was on the Juice movie soundtrack. They also have several other hardcore anthem type songs such as: "O.P.P.", and "Craziest", "Feel Me Flow", and "Holiday". Y'all might want to check any of those out and react to them. :)
Please react to a band called Dire Straits and their song, Sultans of Swing. But MAKE SURE it’s their ALCHEMY LIVE performance. You won’t be sorry. Thanks guys!
You are older than I am. Thank God! Somebody IS, in fact, OLDER than I am!!! This actually came too late for me. So, in all reality? You're probably younger than I am. 🥺🤘🥺
Ok, now we are talking fellas. This was the hip hop group back in the day. They are from East Orange, New Jersey, one town over from where I grew up. And I met Vin Rock at Dunkin' Donuts one night just chillin'. This was very much an anthem. Wow, this brings back memories.
I'm gonna sound like a grumpy old man here, but I miss when rap used to sound like this. I haven't really found much rap to like since the 90s. Glad you found these guys. They're some of the best imo.
im from east orange new jersey ( now in florida) thank you for reacting this video, where there shot this video is was couple of blocks from N. 14street in east orange.
Man this song took me all the way back! My little sister was 2. I remember when it came on the radio she would say, “Hey, ho! Hey, Ho!..” She’s 30 now with 2 kids of her own.
I'm from Danville Illinois 90 minute west of Indianapolis and there is tons of artists Danville has produced the rapper KING ZAY AND YAYA has a song Late Night which is a banger
You said it sounds like an anthem which it was. This was a massive hit and still rocks today. These guys rep Jersey hard. Part of the Flava Unit. Treach is an excellent MC, one of the best, in my opinion. Uptown Anthem is my favorite cut from them which was one of the main cuts in the movie Juice. I have to say that O.P.P. and Hip Hop Hooray are the two that most mainstream fans know from NBN. A great choice that should get a lot of remarks about this song.
A time where one track contained more lyrics in it than todays top10 combined .... Ah the nostalgia! And yes: Do O.P.P. next. And then treat your soul with some De La Soul and tell Mistadobalina how you feel.
Naughty By Nature, legendary hip-hop group. They. Made. Anthems. They consist of Lead Rapper TREACH, VIN ROCK and DJ Kay Gee. Check out O.P.P., UPTOWN ANTHEM, JAMBOREE, FEEL ME FLOW, etc.

OPP and Feel Me Flow are must listens
Naw bruh.. Ghetto Bastards(Everything gonna be alright) was lit🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Feel me flow is one of my all time faves.
The group that changed the sound of Rap to Hiphop. They don't get enough credit for what they did for the new 90's generation of Rap music.
what do you mean by "rap to hiphop"?

that's false, Afrika Bambaataa defined the 4 elements of hiphop: MCing, turntables, rapping and breakdance
Treach could spit. These guys were the definition of anthem rap.
Love you 2. But, you did this one already.
One of Ems favorite emcees
There are so many phenomenal references in this song. Check out Queen Latifa, A Tribe Called Quest, Cypress Hill...
Queen Latifa was in this video.
Hey guys, good video! This one is called Hip Hop Hooray not OPP, but you should definitely do OPP next.

You couldn't go to a pro basketball game in the 90s and not hear this played at least once. It was great time in hip hop.
They did an nba version
My type of hip hop... Rapping but can still shake your groove thang
Yes, twins this was an anthem for a whole generation - y’all so CUTE - this is true HIP HOP!
I still know EVERY SINGLE WORD 😂😂😂😂 They should do Salt n Pepa if they haven't.

Tim please take care of your recovery from Covid. Eat well and regularly. Rest. Give your body a chance to heal. You are a good soul. We all love you.
omg yes! haven’t heard that since back in the day. That one and OPP.
