Not reformative justice. We need restorative justice system. Justice Krishnaswamy Reddiyar done this kind delivery of justice while he was a judge of Madras High Court.

Dear Mr. N. R. Elango, senior Advocate &M.P, in the parliament none raised any strong objections.
What Mr. P. Chidambaram told all objections are brush aside by standing Committee of Home affairs.
One thing people well aware, that our police system and juducial system need effective reform giving right to people to initiate legal proceedings.
Now the only forum to question these three new laws is our constitutional courts.
Advocates and people cannot do anything at present in respect of these three laws.
Name of the three laws partly in Hindi and partly in sanskrit.
One thing is patent, that our own elected representatives who formed the government after independence made several laws by giving lot powers to police, than the colonial British Government.
Ultimately, ordinary people are major sufferes.
