Agolde are the best! I love that they are 100% cotton and don't have elastane. They don't stretch right away but they do over time to fit to your body, kind of like leather shoes. They will grow on you.

Btw I recommend Moussy Vintage jeans for petites. They’re a Japanese brand that offer amazing washes and unique distressing, and their inseams usually work for me.
I LOVE button fly jeans. I can open up my top button of my high rise button fly jeans when driving or sitting and not worry about the rest of the fly opening up like you would with a zipper fly.

When it comes to clothing, the ONLY ITEM I will splurge on is Jeans. Maybe a coat too. But honestly, jeans are totally worth it. You can literally wear them a few times a week a get ur money's worth easily. I'm not a fan of high end videos because alot of times its items that aren't even worth it . But in this case all u need is one or 2 pairs of high end Jean's and its life changing. Its really hard to find the right pair. I'm personally interested in the redone ones. I'm aware of the price, but if they flatter my body and are good quality, then I'm willing to splurge and invest. I can understand how some people may complain about the prices but if they only knew what a difference a good pair of Jean's will make, then they would go for it.

I tried on the Sophie mid rise skinny ankle and omg most comfortable jeans ever. However I’m letting them go. I’m 4’ 11” so high/mid rise don’t look right on me. I’m on the hunt for low rise jeans.

Mai, i recomandat getting a Fit Bit or some sort of tracker and do 30 min to an hour walks every day with the baby. Also decrease the portion you eat. It's a lifestyle change. It made all the difference for me. Good luck!

But one question with the insider step fray though, do you feel like the inseam work for us petite girls? And is it a high rise? I’ve seen Emma Roberts wearing them for years, but she has longer legs, and I’m more of a longer torso short leg figure, so that made me a bit hesitant.

I bought the mother Tom cat, but it doesn’t fit like how yours does. Mine was like a mom jean and very loose and baggy 😩. However, yours is very fitted and looks more on the skinnier side. I was so bummed when I tried it on.
I have yet to find a pair of Citizens of Humanity jeans that fit. I find the fit very odd. I gave up. My favorite designer jeans are Rag & Bone. Hudson is a very close second.

I bought the mother, tomcat in a 24 and they are a little softer and did stretch out one some after a couple of wears. They fit prefect. I think the Agolde's are worth a try though :)

If you buy a 90ies style jeans and expect stretch, then you do not know your jeans history. There was no stretch back then. They are 100% cotton usually which does stretch over time but does not have instant stretch like modern jeans. They need to be broken in and washed only in cold water and hung to dry. Over time they will fit you like a glove. They need to be a bit tight initially for that reason. I personally prefer that to stretch jeans - stretch jeans almost always bag out when worn for a few hours. Furthermore: Vintage style also almost always means a button closure (think Levi's 501)! A button closure is pricier than a zipper and most high end jeans have buttons, especially if they claim to be vintage style. I would suggest to do some research add that knowledge to your videos. It just makes no sense to say I am disappointed because I bought a high end true vintage style jean and it has no stretch and button closure. If you do not want these features, do not buy a true vintage style jean in first place. Also, pretty much every shop lists the material and closure type for their jeans. So if you look for a stretch jean, do not buy 100% cotton. If you don't want a button closure, look for a zip closure. Don't blame the jeans ;) Otherwise, great review, you put a lot of work in your videos.
