- Livorno Italy | What to do and eat | 3rd Largest Cruise Port in Italy
Come along with us as we check out the third largest cruise port in Italy at Livorno, a city in Tuscany that is a gateway to Florence and Pisa. Most cruise ship passengers simply get on a bus or car and head to Florence, but we decided to see what we could find and boy were we happy we did!

Thanks so much! We actually were there the final week of October. It did get chilly in the morning and after the sun went down, so light jackets would be a good idea if staying out late

Great Video, thanks for sharing. Is this Port Called La Spezia or actually called Livorno-Pisa?
The port that we were in was Livorno but it seems like a lot of cruises will say on the itinerary that it’s Pisa or even Florence but as you can see in our next video in this series you are a 45+ minute drive to either of those. We had never heard of Livorno really until the day before when they changed our cruise itinerary so we nabbed the internet package and started researching

Yea sorry about that one - I had been getting a respiratory infection since the first day in France and throughout the day and it came to a head where I had to simply get to bed and rest.
We went to a Pharmacy in Cannes thankfully that was able to get me hooked up with some medications to help get through the rest of the trip. Lots of Sinus Pain, headaches and coughing in between recording. I just couldn't bring myself to filming more that day

When she asks why Italians don’t drink cappuccino in afternoons, Italians reserve milky coffee drinks for the morning (with a pastry) is because they consider it to be too heavy for afternoon or after-meal drinking.
Thank you! We typically enjoy lattes or Cafe au lait so this was the simplest way for us to get a similar order
