    Great shooting, man! Not boring to us shooters. Steel is great. You'll love 9.5mm

    Bro!!! Form and shots are on point! Nicely done! I wouldn't have gotten through a can cut, thumb down, without hitting my face 😂 You were just givin that can the business! Hahaha. I enjoyed this 🤓👍

      Thanks so much brother! I think somehow spending so much time with 1/2 in ammo made it easier not to speed bump that tiny 8mm lol. Really appreciate the encouragement man, thank you!👊

    Great shooting!!!, your feeling the same things I felt when I changed over to shooting steel. I shot clay only for a year before I switched over. Steel is definitely more accurate!.

      Thank you!! Clay will always be fun for me, just because it’s so care free, but yea, steel is definitely more accurate, especially over more distance. Thanks for watching man!👊

    I'm curious to know your aiming strategy when you pull past your face with no anchor point. I find when I try this I am actually aiming really low compared to using the sight and a cheekbone anchor point. Is it something you just develop a 'feel' for?

    • @slingin-clay
      @slingin-clay  2 месяца назад +2

      Well, the top band should just barely touch your cheek while you aim, we call this a “reference point instead of an anchor point. I still aim with the same corner of the top forktip. Be careful to not bury the band into your cheek though, you just barely tickle your face hairs so you know how high your back hand is. Hope that helps brother. Let me know if I answered your question well enough. 👍👊

  • @earljames453
    @earljames453 11 месяцев назад +2

    Nice shooting dude. Sometimes you'll cut one in 7 or 8, other times it will take 50. Ether way you cut it and had a good time doing it . That's all that matters. 😊

    you are the t1000 compared to me ha ive been doing a couple week with a spitfire and 10mm steel n i get the odd good shot but really hard to be consistant. props from England Brother. And thats my natural style aswell behind the head instead of to side of face whats ur view oon that?

    • @slingin-clay
      @slingin-clay  6 месяцев назад +1

      Thanks brother!! Yea I started with the face anchor for about a month. It was ok, but I been shooting long draw, butterfly now for almost a year and I can’t go back, it just feels more natural. But either can be very accurate, they just take time and practice. Keep going bud, you will get better with time. Thank you for watching man!👍👊

    Hey does omega slings include a band set with first slingshot purchase ? Or do I have to buy them separately

    • @slingin-clay
      @slingin-clay  7 месяцев назад

      They don’t usually include a bandset, but I just heard them talk about getting a beginner package that would include everything you need to get started. Bands, ammo, target, frame. Not sure if that’s up on the website yet though. Just message them and they will answer any questions bud.
