For competing, you’re at an 8/10. Great producing vets, but you are getting older so that could be something to watch after this year. But should be a strong contender this year!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but from my research, players on your taxi squad still count against max PF on Sleeper. I know you didn't say a platform but this can be an important distinction.

In terms of competing for 2024, I give it a 5/10, you have a weird mix of age and unknown. If it were me, I’d sell Diggs, flip Olave for something better, flip Swift, and maybe see what Addison and Warren could get you.
I’m not high on Olave for 2024 and if he has another mediocre season, his value could drop dramatically. Same with Swift in a brand new offense that we don’t even know what role he’ll have. Addison did have a solid rookie year but a lot of his production came without JJ, and now we have a rookie QB or Sam Darnold, I just don’t think he’ll be great either.
I imagine most leagues worth their salt aren’t going to let you stick a Caleb Williams or similar player on your TS and hide those Potential Points all season long
@@DynastyLeagueFootball ehh, I guess. But people probably aren’t going to be too happy later in the season when they are fighting for a playoff birth and whoever is playing you is getting free wins because you’re starting Bubba Jones off the waiver wire at QB getting you a goose egg when you’ve got Caleb on the bench scoring 18 lol. Abuse it while you can I guess, but I imagine after one year most leagues will vote to eliminate that.
@@DynastyLeagueFootball to put premium players like Caleb Williams? Haha, I don’t know about that. Would you be okay with someone putting MHJ and Nabers on their TS and rolling out Rashod Bateman and Sterling Shepard as their WR1 and WR2 all season? If leagues allow it and don’t say anything, then by all means. I just always viewed the TS as a way for me to stash young, developmental players that I hoped would one day be productive, and the TS is a sort of “free space” to store these guys so they don’t clog up your precious active spots. Not for real life NFL top-5 picks that are expected to play right away and be productive 🤷🏽♂️
Yes, because those are the rules of the taxi squad. If all your league says is the taxi squad is for “1st or 2nd year players”, then there’s nothing saying you can’t put Caleb, MHJ, Nabers, etc on the taxi.

Really? I wonder if that’s a league setting and not a default setting in Sleeper…
I don't think taxi counts. Shouldn't at least.
@@DynastyLeagueFootballFrom my research it's a Sleeper setting and there's no option to remove it.

@@DynastyLeagueFootball why should I flip olave and swift. Addison just came off a pretty good rookie year, wouldn’t I keep him as he gets better

But that’s the literal rules of the taxi squad. To eliminate “that” would be to eliminate the taxi squad entirely.
