    The Crust features delicious raw sweet pecans, Medjool dates, cinnamon vanilla, and raw honey - replacing graham crackers
    the Creamy Filling is easily made with soaked raw cashews, cashew butter, real limes raw honey, and coconut milk.
    this freezes perfectly and you can freeze single servings to satisfy your sweet tooth at another time.
    Choose your Pan - 9 in or 8in square for key lime squares
    8 or 9-inch pie pans 8-inch tart pans or smaller 4-inch tart pans are perfect for smaller portions or small dinner parties.
    Crust:
    1 1/2 - 2 cups raw Pecans (adjust for Larger or smaller pan size)
    Organic Medjool Dates - 4
    Raw Organic Honey - 1 1/2 to 2T max (honey is 2x sweeter than sugar)
    Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil - 1 to 1 1/2 T (for desired consistency )
    Method:
    Pulse the pecan in a food processor until well broken down, add the dates honey, vanilla, and cinnamon and pulse to combine well - add the coconut oil and continue until a "sticky" ball forms. perfect for shaping into a crust.
    Chill until ready to fill with the creamy filling
    Filling:
    1 Cup raw Cashews soaked overnight in the refrigerator or for a minimum of 6 hours
    1/2 Cup Cashew Butter - Preferred Brand Quality is Artisana
    1/2 Cup of Fresh Lime Juice (4 limes or half Key West Key Lime Juice plus 2 fresh limes)
    2 T fresh Lime Zest (save a little for topping)
    1 T Raw Organic Honey
    1/2 Cup Coconut Milk - the creamy top portion is best
    add all to a high-speed blender and blend until thick and creamy
    pour into the chilled crust and spread to even - top with lime garnish and some lime zest.
    chill before serving - this freezes very well and is a great way to save extra for later treats.
