@@xy8596 we have a 8ish month old hen (get an egg every day or 2 every 3days:) and she is the Sweetest thing ever!!! (Super spoiled...🙄😋) They are Very Intelligent , Perceptive - Caring and Loyal !!! Not to mention Bad Asses!!! (She has fought off a hawk that was attacking our chickens and runs off the neighborhood pitbull/hound and pit/boxer Whenever Ever she wants!🤣) It has been a Great privilege to get to know this Wonderful being- I Never expected to love a Turkey this much!!!😳🤪🥰 Also this is the amazing video! The most informative one we have seen yet.!!! If Anyone has the opportunity to get to spend some time with /get to know a turkey I Highly recommend it I think you will be Very pleasantly surprised !!! 🦃💚
I was in a parking lot once and swore i heard a purring. I walked around one of the cars and two toms (who appeared to be hiding) were the culprits. Once they saw me, they took off. Were they warning each other that I was approaching?

this comment is to ask if anyone can identify a specifics animals sound that would be out in Eastern Connecticut around 3:00 a.m., the comment is going to sound dumb and a little wacky and possibly even like I'm joking around but I promise I'm 100% serious, I do mention a cryptid but I 100% do not believe that is what it is because obviously that's not real (unless they are and are very rare and only are seen rarely but I'm confident they are not lol) and also I live way out in the woods in a hay field. ANYWAAYS are turkeys ever awake and walking around at night? also do they make a pterodactyl like sound in sets of 3 but super sueornshortened. like sort of like a a super low pitched door creek like sound but slightly different? because at like 3 am like 2 weeks ago I was watching skin Walker videos vids, then I started hearing that sound I mentioned in very short bursts of 3 which sounded about 2 or 3 feet outside of my first floor window, and then closet animals "voice" I could match the sound to after pausing the video was a turkey and I can't find the exact sound on Google, but I did find one sound that was quite similar but higher pitched and it said that they do that one sound 3 or 4 times when they do it. but like I said it was way too high pitched and normally turkeys are in a tree roosting at that time of night! and I've never ever heard that sound B4 in my life. and it kept circling back and forth between my 2 windows! scared the heck out of me! and sounded similar to the more convincing skinwalker videos. and ik they mimic. also ik how crazy this sounds. could maybe also be a mt. lion Liz those have slowly been coming to CT where I live, and I've seen 3 now nd we have a plaster footprint of one and after years of denial D.E.E.P. AND GAME Officers, FIIINALLY ADMITTED THEY WERE STARTING TO MOVE HERE! so maybe that's what it was?nik not sure. if you have any clues or ideas (anybody!) PLEASE lmk! it happened twice now and I5s super creepy and goes on for a while. possibly a coyote too. and if it helps it was 3am in eastern CT. PLEASE ANYONE THAT CAN HELP ME IDENTIFY THIS. ALSO THIS IS 100% SERIOUSLY A REAL INQUIRY AND BOT A JOKE!!!! asking here hopefully to find hunters who would know. and again ik it sounds dumb or like a joke but I swear it's not kiNit freaked me out, also if it is an animal id orentifying it maybe important especially if it's a predator because my aunt / neighbor has two small dogs, a Chihuahua mix that is very large for its breed but still tiny for a dog, and the other is a Shibu Inu and something else mix and possibly mini pincer. and is only about two maybe three and just taller than the other dog so easy pray for even a small coyote so on the realistic side because I'm pretty confident it's not a cryptid lol, I would like to try to figure out what it is and know if these dogs are at risk because they have a doggie door and can go outside anytime they want! any help greatly appreciated!
