I suggest getting some flush cutters and trimming your zip ties flush. Those cut ends will tear your arms up if left with sharp edges. Love the videos. Can't wait to see it fly.
We're not using any zip ties here. However, the Grip Lock Ties need a certain amount of exposed end (tail) in the event we want to reverse (unzip) the locking mechanism.
Always enjoy seeing the Bearhawklife video update! As always, exceptional work and attention to detail. Just think, 90 percent done and only 90 percent to go....
I would say you are at least half way to your airframe cert if you keep a logbook of you work and time, I would put some rubber tape around the steel tubes so the zip tie dose not chaff the steel. Text book! Nice job!
The best thing Ive seen for saving panel space and weight is all in one Circuit breaker switches. Less connections too.
Great idea! Thanks!

I agree with using cable lacing. It is so much more professional and it really makes the harnesses look neat and tidy. Definitely the way to go.
I'm not disappointed for doing it either! Thanks!
