    Thanks and credit to my better half and everyone who helped to prepare the juicy and delicious momos.
    Momo Recipe :
    Mince beef 1 kg
    3 bunch of chives or Spring Onions
    White onion large 4 to 6
    Salt to taste
    Soy sauce 2 tps optional
    1 cup water
    You can multiply the recipe for more kgs of beef. Also you can add variety of vegetables like cabbage, spinach, coriander and celery etc. according to your preference.
    Mix all well with hand and leave for 30 minutes for better flavor.
    Plain flour 500 gms. Mix the dough with 2 cups of cold water and knead the dough to get a firmer consistency and leave it for 15 minutes.
    Thereafter, prepare the momos and leave it to steam for 20 minutes in a steamer.
    Optional : You can make chilli sauce which is optional depending on your preferences.
