A bit overblown. Trump has four years max. I fully expect Democrats to win in 2028 when they have great candidates. Harris was pushed into it at the last minute. She did her best.
When the number of votes are massively down does it make sense to talk about how many percentage points Trump went up? Surely its more insightful to see who didnt come out in terms of numbers?
It's fine saying that the polls were all within the margin of error - but that ignores the fact that they were ALL wrong in the same direction! There needs to be a thorough investigation by the polling organisations into why they get it wrong again and again - in the same way (Overstating Harris and Understating Trump)
These guys are soooo bitter 😂 nothing but biased speculation and a failure to realise their sneering attitude is a huge factor of why Trump got back in
The democrats need to develop candidates that the electors can trust, drop the woke sillliness and focus on worthwhile policies. They plowed ahead pushing Hilary in 2016, forged on regardless with Biden then switched at the last minute to an unknown. They gifted the wins to Trump.
Trump Mass Deportations Where will these millions be deported to? Will Mexicans go to Mexico, Haitians to Haiti, Venezuelans to Venuzuela? What happens if the plane, ship or bus transporting them is refused entry to that country? Will they all be sent to a third country? They could all be moved to a friendly safe country like the UK to be processed.
I was listening to a right wing pundit last night who was very articulate and explained the how well. But he said something that was so wrong but everyone agreed. He seemed to think that Americas Republican Party had been moving more and more left since the 70s and this was a push back. My understanding is that this is totally wrong. Until the 70s the republicans party was much more aligned with the Conservative Party and the European right and was pro universal hc etc etc. it was Reagan that moved the party right and bought in the evangelicals so the young conservatives seem to be misguided and misinformed somehow on the history of their politics
These three are all serial liars but Lewis is clearly the most intelligent. Sopel is a dunce and Maitlis can't speak without her hyperinflated ego smashing you in the face repeatedly.
Did I hear right? Did they say there was no primary process? There was and Bidon won ... whether there should have been once Bidon was replaced is another matter .. but there wasn´t really time to do so
"Harris's campaign was fine" says Sopel, there's not much else she could have done, his voice raised an octave as if he didn't quite believe it himself. The front to say this is quite something! A number of experts have come out, and will continue to come out, with many reasons why Harris's campaign was so badly misconfigured. For example, she went on the attack against Trump but did not elucidate her policies. She probably visited the wrong states. She paid off too many celebrities to endorse her. Please don't tell me her campaign was fine: Trump effectively got a landslide partly on the back of the quality of her campaign!
Agree with a lot of the analysis but to suggest Harris couldn't have done much else with her campaign I think is wild. Clearly didn't connect with the main issues American voters were thinking about, didn't have much of an answer about immigration or the economy. Declining to go on Joe Rogan I also think was a poor decision, whether you like the podcast or not. That being said, ultimately the blame lies at Biden's door for hanging on longer than he should have. A poor night all round
I'm not sure what the Democrats expected. She's so bad at this she didn't last five minutes in their last presidential nomination race. They replaced a man so demented he shakes hands with invisible people and gets lost leaving the lectern with the only person they could find who's a worse candidate.
This is the thing though, many years ago, Channel 4 actually talked to the guy that had taught Putin how to lie. This film about Trump, nope, lie, lid, lie and then it does not matter, I have been looking for that interview for a while. But I remember him being unapologetically brazen about it, and that is who is coaching Trump.

A bit overblown. Trump has four years max. I fully expect Democrats to win in 2028 when they have great candidates. Harris was pushed into it at the last minute. She did her best.
If the House, Senate and SC are all aligned, whats to stop them changing the 2-term limit? Or extending term past 4 years?
Is that possible?
Anything is possible...welcome to reality.
These guys are soooo bitter 😂 nothing but biased speculation and a failure to realise their sneering attitude is a huge factor of why Trump got back in
just here for the salty vibes
Just here for when Maitliss has her meltdown, starts swearing and gets pulled off the air. I think they'll cut it out
Insanity!
The democrats need to develop candidates that the electors can trust, drop the woke sillliness and focus on worthwhile policies. They plowed ahead pushing Hilary in 2016, forged on regardless with Biden then switched at the last minute to an unknown. They gifted the wins to Trump.
What next, Michael McIntyre for prime minister😂😂😂😂
Look at the UK mainstream media...... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Trump Mass Deportations
Where will these millions be deported to?
Will Mexicans go to Mexico, Haitians to Haiti, Venezuelans to Venuzuela? What happens if the plane, ship or bus transporting them is refused entry to that country?
Will they all be sent to a third country? They could all be moved to a friendly safe country like the UK to be processed.
He'll get ideas from Obama's administration who deported the most immigrants ever.
We are seeing a swing to the right across the world .... like they did in the 30s
It'll be fun to watch. Who wants to get old anyway?
The fact that you're all talking about the next election. That's not happening, he will do a third term, USA is over
Post morality and democracy.
Winning election = post democracy?
america never had mortality - just ask the Palestinians
That happened decades ago… hadn’t you noticed.
@@mick947 thats sort of my point, America has been causing huge carnage for years
I'm sure Trump will find people to blame. Like the conservatives will blame civil servants, media etc etc.
Sunglasses are on after a Trump election hangover!
‘Post morality world’ 😂😂😂😂😂!
Has Germany's governing coalition fallen? I read the news but haven't found any more information yet
3 liberal Brit commentators debate YS election politics without hardly a reference to immigration ! They don’t get it
She did. Not have long, but the the one thing she needed to do, I have a different mandate from Bididen, she stuck with him. Huge mistake
These three are all serial liars but Lewis is clearly the most intelligent. Sopel is a dunce and Maitlis can't speak without her hyperinflated ego smashing you in the face repeatedly.
Lewis should wear that dreadful jacket again and cheer us up
OMG I thought I was the only one who thought that 😂
The interesting thing will be to see how forgiving the electorate are to his future faiings, with Trump nothing seems to stick.
Did I hear right? Did they say there was no primary process? There was and Bidon won ... whether there should have been once Bidon was replaced is another matter .. but there wasn´t really time to do so
I'm not sure if she would have one anyway, their is a pull for an authority government
"idiot wind blowing round my skull blowing from the grand coulee dam to the capitol" bobby dylan 1975.👽🕉
Whatever your views, watching these three whinge, whine, complain and blame the electorate before flying back to London is objectively funny.
This is great to watch 😂 sore losers
Have they stormed the capitol yet?
All those guns and missed twice.
The real question we need answered is .....Has Emily read Boris Johnsons book ?
Oh well,never mind.
Bring on the constant meltdowns of these trash "news agents".
I enjoy every moment of their TDS.
Harris did worse than expected throughout the evening with results,it was constant and continuous, it began poorly and stayed that way ✌️❤️🇬🇧
My pet hate is disposable nappies.
Human lost moral compass? Going to be robots.
Why the Cardi D ,that middle bloke among the three,is so stirred up ?
The lawsuits were completely political, you absolute fool.
I'm not sure what the Democrats expected. She's so bad at this she didn't last five minutes in their last presidential nomination race. They replaced a man so demented he shakes hands with invisible people and gets lost leaving the lectern with the only person they could find who's a worse candidate.
Yeah Trump was so successful in the first debate that he ran away from doing another one.😂
I wonder where he is deporting those people to?11 million, that's a lot ,😮
Puerto Rico apparently 😂
This is the thing though, many years ago, Channel 4 actually talked to the guy that had taught Putin how to lie. This film about Trump, nope, lie, lid, lie and then it does not matter, I have been looking for that interview for a while. But I remember him being unapologetically brazen about it, and that is who is coaching Trump.
I am sure it was an Adam Curtis documentary.
'Got to get on with it' EM ?
Let him get into post as of Jan next and see what he does...
Jon is thrilled - he's going to start work on his new book post haste
