She conveyed the perfect attitude too. The song itself (both the original Philippine Spanish and Tagalog versions) is playfully describing women in traditional native fashions being coy but also haughty, from the perspective of a male admirer.

Philippine choral pieces have ALWAYS given the World Top Class entertainment. So much so that it's been replicated the World over.
There's no better choral group who could interpret the humor of this song, but the Filipinos.
Although I am not an alumnus, I'm proud of the Ateneo Glee Club!
Ok lang Yan, kahit pinoy din ang umawit ng mga kanta pang Koro ng ibang bansa ganun din mangyayari kya let's appreciate nlng other foreign choirs too kpag pinoy songs ang inaawit nila, no need to compare. Music is a universal language dba po? Kpag nag-compare na kasi doon na magsisimula ang ere ng kayabangan at nawawala na ang pagiging humble ng mga pinoy.

Philippine Choral Music is truly World Class. Throughout the decades, Filipino composers, conductors, choirs, and musicians all have shown the World how truly musically gifted are the Filipino people. So much so that choruses around the World take attempts in singing Philippine choral pieces in their own countries, wherever they shall be. Love how you can feel the playfulness of the song, in comparison to the others plus they sang it excellently . I use to sing alto in choir since a young kid and my mother was the accompaniment .The only thing that is wrong in this group is the body movements. It’s not in unison and it’s very distracting.This song makes you move even though it is an acapella.

I was a choir member since garde 6 I think but i've never sung like this
Hinde po ba ang tama ay " sa gitna ng parang papaga-pagaspas," at hinde "sa gitna ng daan," dahil ang bukid noon ay wala naman talagang daan, kundi damuhan at kaparangan.
Sa bukid may pilapil, yun po siguro yung ”daan"
Tama ang sa gitna ng parang. Kasi hindi naman kailangan nang paruparo ang daân kasi lumilipad siya himpapawid papaga-pagaspas sa itaas at gitna ng parang. :-)

Yeah even our song is singed by americans! Im so happy! My grandma said my great grandma onced lived in a village in the philipines but then spanish poeple attacked us capturing only the child and they had no mercy they killed all the women and men there and even not only burned down the village but burn down the entire forest cause the village was in the middle of a forest, and they only spared 3 womens 2 mens life and captured them two and they killed the two men thier way to kill is brutal, being in a box thas filled with rats! Ikr and the 3 women escaped and brought all the captured child too! They started a new village they raised the 17 child and that new village is actually a real town here in the philipines its now called... ehh idk my granma didnt say anything about the name
