Pretty late to the game but winning these would absolutely be a game changer for me! Currently starting to play in a band again after years of hiatus and we're preparing for a new release right now (and a follow up tour) so having a new rig would definitely be a big help! If I won this guitar I'd give it to my son to use. He has one of these 3/4 Ibanez MiKro guitars, but I cannot for the life of me get it to stay in tune for more than 5 minutes, which is, of course, very frustrating for both him and me.

Amazing gear for the price, killer plays as always🤘 I use to participate in guitar contests and I managed to achieve some nice results but as a les paul guy sometimes I feel the lack of the extra 2 frets especially when I make my entries so if I'd win I would use it to get out of my comfort zone(22 fret) and try my best to improve. My girlfriend has been playing acoustic for some time but she's been wanting to go electric for a while too. I have a 7string with a floating bridge which would be pretty intimidating for a beginner but on this I could definitely teach her some shred!🙏🔥

I'm Ritupon, a intermediate guitar player from India . I have a Beginner IBANEZ GIO series guitar and a small amp with a little bit of distortion , playing for last 3 years . Since I'm a college student ,i don't have much income , and also I belong to a economically backward family so it is very difficult for me to afford a MULTI FX PROCESSOR .
So it will help me a lot to upskill myself If i win this rig and i can also go for small gigs

Even if its targeted for beginers I think this could have the potential of being an absolute beast. That body and neck seem super nice so I'd probably upgrade the electronics and maybe slap a nice pickguard to give it a unique look!
They are! I was surprised by it. I initially thought I’d have a terrible time but in all honesty, it was great to play. Like I said, the frets weren’t great but you can’t expect stainless steel frets on a guitar this inexpensive. Great idea! 🤘🏼

But it looks and sounds good. ❤️🎸 I have only one guitar. If I had this guitar I would use it for home practice and band rehersals as a backup for different song tunings since it has been difficult to use one guitar playing live on stage and everytime I have to ask the band to wait for me for drop tuning. And that’s preety annoying 😭

Love the videos, I would try picking up where I left off learning guitar again with that rig since I had to sell mine a while back due to financial issues and lack of spare time to practice but now my schedule is open enough to where I can set aside some time each day for it if I were to have a guitar but I still lack the spare funds to warrant getting a decent one.

If I win I would use the pedal to upgrade my recording tone as my current pedal is 11 years old and definitely due an upgrade. I would really like to win this guitar because I don't have right now a 24 fret guitar and I am really digging into do-it-yourself luthiering stuff (i am watching tons of videos here on youtube but still I havn't messed up deeply on an electric guitar), so I would use it to learn how to polish the frets or change the bridge and the tuners for example.
Also I am quite into these Chinese new brands because I know that their quality is becoming extremely good, especially in terms of the money spent. I am interested in the multiefx because I am hearing enthusiast comments on the Donner ones!

Hello. You are brilliant guitar player. This set up good choice for the beginers. Its made by high standards technically but sounds not "very fat". Processor looks like mooer 150. There are some bed thing in guitar processor it has too many effects and setting it can take too many time. Set up gets you a little more then basic level to good start to play on the guitar.
Yes, I think in isolation it can come across that way. But I think in the context of a mix, it’d be a lot better where the missing low end would be covered up. The same can be observed in a lot of plugins (even the great ones).

I'd give it to my best friend who's going through divorce, courtroom for his kids and maybe losing his house for foreclosure. I am a guitarplayer myself and he'd always shown great interest, so I gave him one of my old guitars, a complete wreck of a cheap knock off. This has now bent due to storage in our cold ass norwegian environment. I think it was 100 dollars I bought it for. He never got around to it as he settled down and started a family. He's now almost done in court and have to start all over, that's why I think this gift to him would give him something to do other than thinking about all this mess around him. As a guitar player and a friend, I wish for him to go through what we guitarist have, that euforia of learning and mastering a new song. Just the thrill of playing. Hi there!! I'm Mat.. I'm 33 years old and I probably started playing electric guitar around my 12…. During the first months of the pandemic I had to sell all my guitars, change cities and finally ended up moving to another country ( I’m from South America and I’m currently living in Canada) to start again... It’s strange. I’ve been playing guitar daily for hours on end for about 13 years. It is some thing I have definitely put lots of effort into because I just enjoy it that much. however I can’t really shred or do scales quickly, but I can play just about anything else
Do whatever moves you or whatever you enjoy the most. If you really wanted to, I think you would be able to do (what you would personally deem as shredding etc) so maybe you just resonate more with what you enjoy? Nothing wrong with that 😁 it should always be a pleasure to play 🤘🏼

I'd have loved to win it. Trouble is am in the third world and no competitions from the first world would ever want to bother shipping there stuff here. But I can assure you that there is no quality music shop in my country to sale good guitars and later on even something budget as that guitar.

Theirs just cheap guitars and expensive guitars
Sometimes i wish i could hear steve vai or joe satriani play a 150 dollar gibson maestro just to see if its the guitar that sucks or the player
The most expensive guitar i have is $250 so im curious to know just cuz my guitar is cheap dont thjnk for a second im not commited its just that i get what i can afford

Exactly what I was like for many years. I do agree, the notion of a ‘beginner guitar’ doesn’t make a whole load of sense, I guess it’s basically attributed to cheap gear being associated with beginners. But, in this case, I meant it mainly towards people or parents who want to get a guitar for themselves or others, but don’t want to spend a lot of money in case life gets in the way, or in case their children lose interest. So this rig is pretty cheap, and also great quality, which I think is important for the longevity of our interest.
Like yourself, my dedication was unshakeable! Of course we always want better quality gear, but I’m sure like yourself, no matter what guitar I have, I’ll play it just as passionately.

@@Sensei.shonuff haha! As a young teenager, I remember being seen as a ‘prodigy’ around school and close family, and in all honesty it inflated my ego at that age. Thankfully, I was humbled early on by someone younger than me and probably twice as good haha! But with music being a huge part of who I am, it gave me the fuel to get better, and taught me a lesson. There’s always someone ‘better’. We don’t listen to music to see who has the best chops, we listen to be taken away from where we are. So, I only truly feel like a badass when someone messages me or comments saying my music has moved or inspired them in some way. That’s what it’s all about for me! 🤘🏼
@@Tramaineguitar true lol I mean I listen to see who has the best chops but it seems like skill impresses everyone but impresses guitarists more but solos like comfortably numb ECT are so easy to play but seem to mean so much more to ppl. I watch reaction videos and I see people react to the love comfortably numb live video and watch it and cry it just hits ppl right in the chest which is great so I see that and it's amazing cuz it opened me up to a whole new world its like i discovered the wheel knowing I finally found a new way to make ppl cry
