Mine died this month, 13 months after purchasing it. It’s my second one, which lasted about 18 months. They are nice, but I wouldn’t trust them as far as reliability. Normally a reset works, and if all else fails, unplugging the wiring harness for a few minutes and reinstalling works.
I have recently installed a version of this, weirdly mine connected to power at the wireless phone charger which was a nightmare. Anyway, the screen is pretty good, but the UI designers need to simply copy the Tesla graphics, it doesn't match. There is no need for a battery icon, there is no need for a flashing clock colon. No ability to to change car colour either. The splash screen is beyond horrible. So close yet so far, So wish this was standard on the vehicle.

Installed into right-hand drive 2023MY AMD yesterday.Everything is on the right side of the vehile propbably easier install than left-hand drive.Wife and I love it! No obstruction to airconditioner is smarter no brainer choice than the bigger screens.Cheers from down under@@BCTeslaGuy

what happened to the starlink taillights?
had to take them off for a driving test and commercial vehicle inspection. Going to get my Class 4 so I can drive Uber. No issues with them, just don't want any issues with non-OEM stuff. Had to take off the yoke steering wheel too. thanks for watching

Hansshow: Mine died 2 weeks before the warranty period and they gave me the roundabout until the last day and then once "approved" they asked for $56 for "shipping"... Horrible company. Buyers beware.
