    Mine is getting worse, I'm a phone and computer engineer, i sit bend and work a lot with my right hand. The pain started from my shoulder joints, now my right lower back hurts alot due to muscle strain. I also feel some tingling discomfort in my right foot, I think its sciatica.
    I increased my workout hours, use dumbells more often, but no difference 😢😢😢😢

      Please visit your local physical therapist or physiotherapist for a personalized physical evaluation and rehab program. You have a few things going on in multiple body parts (shoulder, back, and leg). You would be better treated that way.
