Wow you was not kidding that is basically a mini sand rail, it looks sweet not gonna lie. Loving the ''slow as fuck sticker'' more like ''plenty of speed/power'' lol.

Also what torque converter and sprockets do you have on the 4 wheeler?
Cameron L. 30 series GTC torque converter system, 10T to the stock sprocket on axle... That quads gone now so that's I can say on tooth count
Hey what website did you get your pipe from? I am not sure if the Predator or Honda GX390 has the same exhaust flange size as are 420 engine. Im cornfused lol
mine is from Ombwarehouse from stage 1 kit. but the muffler supplied really sucks. I'm upgrading to RLV slip on muffler.. same header
So I just got the engine on the kart, and hooked everything up, went for a ride and WTF this engine is WEAK! it does not wind out much at all =( how did you hook up your throttle?
redneck4life887 I made direct throttle linkage to carburetor after removing the Governor..
Mark Carr Did it help that much? It just fills sluggish on power.
redneck4life887 are you a member of DIYgokarts.com ? a lot of incredibly great information for turning stock engines into full blown race with bare minimum $$ investment... I recommend doing a stage 1 kit, nice carb to start with no governor.. with governor removal alone you can really feel a power increase.. rejet the carb, nice flowing muffler, advance the timing... mine feels easily twice as strong as the 212cc.. it rips up steep mountains no sweat

how fast did you get on it cuz my son 15 I hope he can handle it
it hit 40mph.. but very sketchy and unstable at those speeds.. it was much more fun in rain when tires could slip more.. until they catch and then sketch again LOL

No problem brother, thank you for the helpful info on the engine, I just bought one from Ebay. Can not wait to put it on my race kart, The heavier internal crank mass will really help from engine bog.

Mark Carr That's what I am after lol. With the 212 with torque converter it would bog down when taking a sharp turn, now its gonna spin them tires and drift around a sharp turn =)
