This prophecy was given to John while he was in prison sixty some years AFTER Jesus.
This is why there is a NEW NAME that saves people at the time of the end/judgment and it isn’t Jesus.

Yup, because they don't understand what faith is. The most common definition today of faith is to believe, and then they impute that definition back 2000 years ago. But its older definition is still used, as in being faithful to your wife. Here we see faith is not just a thought in your head but an action. Faith is when you believe and act. Belief informs your actions. Belief is nothing without action. If you don't act you don't believe.
As a side note it's funny how people can recognize the obvious perversion of words like man and woman, but then assume they haven't swallowed another lie about the language.

I am sinner and try to be better. However, where do these people come from? The Bible is clear. Pride and homosexuality are sins. The only way to Heaven is through the grace of God. There is not a list of good deeds that will get you there.

That was the reason why ecumenical councils occurred so the bishops/patriarchs could tell heretics when the heretics were interpreting something wrong.
