I always get to a point in your videos where my brain starts to melt. The paternal/maternal aunts and uncles and subsequent cousins was one of those times. Your videos are great resources but my goodness if Lebanese isn’t complicated sometimes

😃 Thanks Courtney. Glad you find them useful. Yes indeed we have many labels for extended family members 🙃 which can be a bit complicated. In English you just say " XX in law" which is easier. My advise it study those that you would use in daily life and direcy relevant to you. If your inlaws are Lebanese for example, write a sentence about each person. Xx, my father in law said or did. It wil definitely help. The more you relate the new word to a familiar person and story, the more likely you will remember and retain it. Hope this is helpful.

Learn Levantine Lebanese Arabic With Angela thanks! I have the English but wanted to get the audio (or video) of these sentences as pronounced in Levantine: اللي بدو يلعب مع القط بدو يلقى خراميشه and ابنك هو وزغير ربّيه وهو وكبير خاويه for a video. Can I email you to show the video I’m working on?

I think the 2nd one you mean:
ابنك هوي وصغير ربيه ولما بيكبر خاويه
When your son is small raise hom and when he grows up befriend him
