Probably FM synthesis with a shitload of automation for those dirty gargling bass sounds, but in the end everything adds up to what key signature it's in. You could use the same exact sounds for another song and have it a major key and it would sound somewhat light and upbeat.
TEHspazGUY It's all made in massive. Except for the strings of course. Heavy on the sine shaper in the inserts to get that gritty raw sound
