Indian myna song
- indian myna singing, a loud chickork - chickork - chickork sounds
- singing while head bobbing with a clear loud voice
- often stay on the tree branches and sing
Muscovy Duck
- muscovy ducks are large, goose-like ducks with highly variable plumage
- muscovy ducks are omnivourous water bird
- they are feeding on roots, stems seeds of aquatic and terrestrial plants
- male muscovy ducks length 80cm - 86cm
- female muscovy ducks length 66cm - 84cm
- weight: male 2.7kg - 4.6kg, female 1.8kg -3.6kg
- lifespan: average 10 years to 15 years in the wild
Paradise Shelducks
- a pair of colourful paradise shelducks were found in the lake
- paradise duck are usually monogamous
- a group goose-like ducks, which is endemic to New Zealand
- this is male paradise shelduck
- it feeds freely in the lake
- the black-headed one is male and has brighter feathers than the female
- they slowly left, with the white head on the rights is the female paradise shelduck
- they fell i'm too close to them
- and they are very wary shelducks
SWANS - ( Cygnets )
- two very cute cygnets were found looking for food in the lake
- cygnets dip their head below the water surface to feed
- showing their very cute underpart figure
- i did't see any parent swans around them
- perhaps the parent swans are foraging nearby
- there is plenty food in the lake
- i hope they can grow up healthily and safely.
