I was there! Could see 2 concerts, Friday and Sunday night. It was simply magical! Not only the shows, but the whole Ayreon experience. Tilburg becomes an Ayreon City! I've had the luck to see Damian Wilson solo acoustic performance and also Marcela's pocket show, as well as the Into the Electric Castle Live at the cinema. It was an experience worth traveling from Brazil!

It’s not only the concert. It‘s the whole vibe of the city that weekend. It’s simply unbelievable.
I love the way the stage is set up. It's like celebrity squares: metal edition.
I was at this show and it was epic! This was the last song before the encore, so all singers came out on stage. It was recorded in september last year and the DVD/Blu-ray comes out in May. You can preorder it from Ayreon's website, I think there is also a shop link in the video description. The preorders will be signed by Arjen too 🙂
Floor couldn’t be there but Irene was one of the backing singers. This is the first video clip available from this show. Hoping there will be more soon. You can preorder the dvd now for delivery in May; if you’re quick your copy will be signed by Arjen.

Arjen managed to get all but 4 of the original artists (the ones missing are Jorn Lande, Bob Catley, Steve Lee (RIP) and Floor) on stage, and all of them (including the replacements) nailed it. It was an epic experience.
What I enjoyed as much as the concerts was meeting fellow Ayreonauts. A big bunch of very friendliy music loving people from all over the world. If you met anyone with any band shirt you could be sure they were there for Ayreon.
Edit: I don't think you have checked out Arjen's newest project Plan Nine (Before the morning comes). It had been released just a few days before this one came out (link: ruclips.net/video/2l0-yHau5QY/видео.htmlsi=ShB9hjg5CGfhR4M5). I highly recommed watching it.
I wasn’t there (unfortunately), but I doubt the video was from one show only. In the end when all the singers come up onto the stage, you can see the order of where they stand changing constantly. Not that it matters, but still. I actually find it funny to see. 😬

I was at that show! Magical!!! The moment Arjen posted this vid I pre-ordered the dvd box!! Expected delivery half May this year! So Daniel if you want a signed copy order quickly (at Arjen’s website). There were 19 singers and a band of 8 musicians.
Most of the original cast was there. Man, I was so lucky to have a ticket. People from all over the world were there (apparently 60 countries). And there were like brothers in the venue. This event will be long in my memory!!

Looking for the heavens? Look no further. This song is like a religious experience to me. It's giving me a high no alcohol or drugs could ever give me. Arjen is a magician!! The more you hear it, the better it gets....
It must be so much fun to do a project like this with other proffesional singers. I also love seeing Joost van den Broek like a mad scientist on the keys. lol

O boy, this was the experience of a lifetime in Tilburg. The goosebumps never left me. No matter how low you feel, watching this gives you a tremendous high. Arjen and his friends do this to you. They are THAT goooood.

Marko did not sing on this album. Floor did, but her parts were covered by Britney Slayes. And yes, presale has started with this release. Go get your copy! All media sold during the presale is signed by Arjen himself.

If you like Nightwish and Ayreon, there is a mind blowing video you need to watch. Blind Guardian from Wacken, The Bard song and Valhalla. Lead singer is in Ayreons Everybody Dies. One of the best videos I’ve ever seen .

Floor is one of the main characters originally but here Brittney took his role magnificently

The best experience of my life… I had the same reaction that you had with universe back in 2018 When the dvd came out… and then I couldn’t go to The Electric Castle’s shows… so I needed to go here in September ‘23, tickets sold ou in october ‘22…
Now I was re living this experience with this amazing vídeo and the surprise of seeing me in the first row with my argentinian flag was incredible!!

The man with glasses you asked "who's this?" is Daniel Gildenlow from Pain of Salvation, one of the best Prog Metal Band ever!!! He wrote some of the best concept albums ever such as: the perfect element, remedy lane, one hour of concrete lake, entropia, BE and in fact all PoS's albums are concept albums 😂😂😂

Theres a few missing from previous shows, and also a lot of comebacks yes!! but those missing is just filled in with other insane talented performers, so you still get this massive group of talent, thats almost to much right, NOTHING like a Ayreon show, and did i wish i was to this concerts YEESSS!! but well i wasnt, but this is a once in a lifetime show thing, and good thing we get to see the whole show here on youtube, at some time..

Floor was on her maternity leave and was going to give birth any day when these concerts were held, so there was no way she could be there. Brittney took over most of her parts, as well as Irene and Marcella. I have seen all of the shows (there were 5 plus a dress rehearsal) over 4 days. They recorded the whole thing on the last day, so yes you can pre-order the whole thing right now. It's set to be released on the 17th of may 2024.

The tickets were available for anyone who wanted to buy them :) At least for a couple of days as they were sold out very quick. I went to the saturday matinee concert with a close friend and we were VERY happy to be there :)

You can react to the whole concert Star One Live on Earth gig from 2002, it's on youtube. In it Arjen plays the whole gig, and you have Damian (with short hair) and the young Floor and Irene together. Joost was also super young there. It's a much smaller production compared to Ayreon gigs, but it's out of this world good!
Having Britney taking over Floors parts was the best choice. I loved this show and am glad i have been there

See the description in the video you just watched. :) Floor was not really missed since Brittney Slayes kicked ass in all of Floor's parts and I am not a fanboy so I can recognise that everyone on that stage is a better singer than Marco Hietala, so yeah, at no point did anyone feel that someone was missing. :P

Have you checked out the song Fate of Man yet? It is from the last record from Arjen. Another project called Star One, a record called Revel in Time. It is more guitar oriented and every song is inspired by a movie about time travel. Check out Fate of Man. It is sung by Brittney Slays. See if you can guess which movie inspired its creation.

Actually the 6th extinction was the last song of the performance of the album 01011001. After that 3 more songs were performed. The last of these was the storywise first song of the Ayreon saga: The Day That The World Breaks Down. Never performed live before either. That was the icing on an already incredible cake 😂

When you say "it lacks only the presence of Floor Jansen", you should know that Floor Jansen was one of the original singers in the album 01011001 (the album being played live in this event in its entirety) and that she was replaced by Brittney Slayes because she couldn't be able to be there.
