Okay so I made the potato salad recipe from this video and I just have to let you know that it is THE BEST potato salad I have ever had. I made a big batch of it for a baby shower where all my friends are heavy meat eaters. I didn’t tell them it was vegan and they all complimented on how good it was as well. Definitely gonna become a regular at future gatherings. 😋😋😋 thanks for sharing!
All of these recipes am look magnificent! Grilled vegetables, veggie skewers, potatoes, and Beyond Meat burgers couldn’t be more amazing. I’ll be going to Eat Drink Vegan for Memorial Day Weekend, so I need to find a REALLY yummy and epic meal there!
