@@garyabernethy2 Wrong. That squealing is a sign of distress, not excitement. Guinea pigs are highly skittish, nervous creatures and this was stressful and scary for it. They are usually gentle and don't automatically bite just because they're scared. I've had 4 guinea pigs in my life and I understand and know their communications well. Even handling them each for the 4 years they all lived, they still ran every time I tried to pick them up. So they're certainly scared when random people pass them back and forth like that. For all they know, you're going to eat them.

Also, having a guinea pig on set around all those cats no wonder it was crying the whole time, I’m sure it could sense that it was surrounded by no less than 5 excellent hunters that could and would kill it! lol poor thing, what a wild choice! But Billie did great with it and I was surprised at how well she handled the audio so you could still hear her. Love these two

I don't mind that she fumbles lines a little and smiles a lot. They seem to fit her characters. You name one other musical guest that has held their own this well in a sketch? Well, I do remember Mick Jagger doing it with Jimmy Fallon. And of course there's Justin Timberlake.
This is the most wholesome sweet precious thing that’s ever been made and funny as hell. Billie is such a stunning human being who just shines with authenticity and heart and guts. It’s a privilege to see such an incredible person do so well. And Kate is an insane genius - a once in a generation talent. One of my favorite sketches ever from SNL it combines everything wonderful it can be.
They are not Jesus and Mary for gods sake. Stop having the big O over these two barely adequate performers barely getting through a high school skit. Stop falling in with these two dry pieces of toast.

Well they are both gorgeous, talented women. If there weren’t such a huge age gap people would find them acceptable as a couple. I honestly have no idea what age society won’t frown upon me for if I decide to date again. I’ve always said NOT younger than my oldest nephew, but he’s almost 26 & a qualified accountant, & pretty drama free given the rest of his generation are coddled, entitled brats. Men get away with 20-30 year gaps all the time, we only really had Demi & Ashton to compare the other way round!
That must have been a terrific night! I barely knew Billie until SNL, and "Happier Than Ever" just blew me away. I've always wanted to go, in order to see how the show is put together mechanically -- that is, how the props are set up so quickly, where the cameras move to, where the cue cards are. And how the audience can see around all that activity to enjoy the acts! Lucky you, I'm so happy for you. 🥰 🤩
I love how well Billie handled the screaming Guinea Pig, its not easy not to panic and prioritize the pet's safety. Now imagine doing it live with an audience

Ever since then, I’ve just been listening to her music as it comes out and it just got bigger and bigger and now here she is on SNL for her second time and putting on a great performance for the audience doing something she doesn’t usually do which is impressive. it’s just really cool to see someone achieve what they wanted to achieve. so, I’m proud of her.
