Wow, your premise is so off-track and inaccurate. Harry claims, "Hawaii has the most homeless people" (under 7K). In actuality, California, being the most populous state and a sanctuary to millions of invaders, has 30% of the country's homeless (180K). New York has an estimated 103K.
