    Excellent video title. I did remember to re-point my script, but if I hadn't, the regex would've matched and I'd get another reminder.

    It's cool that you do shorts, but I only wear pants.
    Seriously though, I have ad block, blocking the shorts from my feed. I even have it blocking the shorts button on the menu.

      The shorts for The Full Nerd are clips from the episode, you're not missing anything new.

    No harm no foul by all means but what is purpose?? Did not "The Full Nerd Now" live perfectly fine on this channel

    • @pcworld
      @pcworld  10 дней назад

      It's been known to me for many years the impact the podcast has had on our PCWorld channel, so it's definitely one of the reasons to break it off on it's own. And there are plenty others, but the main takeaway is to have a clear delineation between the The Full Nerd podcast and PCWorld content.

      @@pcworld I will still watch the show though. With news you have just the reporting of news. But you also have shows that go deeper and discus the news and trends. I see The Full Nerd show as the latter. And I think it has its place

      Thanks for watching! We all like getting deeper into the news and trends and I'm happy that you dig it too.

    *Its. No apostrophe. The apostrophe version exclusively means "it is"; the non-apostrophe version means exclusively the possessive.
    Edit: they fixed it! Be the change you want to see in the world.

    What's the point of this? It's not like this channel is flooded with videos or huge.

    • @scorpio896
      @scorpio896 10 дней назад +2

      I agree, I don't see the point of this, maybe there is some financial reason, maybe having 2 channels brings in more money???

    • @pcworld
      @pcworld  10 дней назад +1

      There are a number of reasons for making this change, many of which might not make sense to you so I'm sorry for the confusion. But at the end of the day having a cleaner delineation between The Full Nerd podcast and the PCWorld content is the goal and I think both can continue to thrive on their own!

      Apparently, it's all down to SEO and gaming the RUclips algorithm. Every channel seems to be splitting off their "main course" videos and everything else into their own channels these days. Doing multiple things on a channel is for whatever reason frowned upon by the almighty algorithm, so from a creator's POV in 2024, it's overall better to split them off.
