If you have cp and purple training gear for every ten levels you can do black rose prison or skyreach solo.

PC EU is also always running Alik'r dolmens. Thanks for the tips!

As an Xbox Na player, can confirm Alik'r dolmen is ALWAYS running 24/7. Leveled 2 characters last 100% xp weekend running in circles! And most of my 16 levelled characters have spent at least sometime running around the desert over the years.
Planning on 2 more during the next 100% xp weekend at the end if the month.
Im a solo player, but save all the 150% xp scrolls i get. Usually takes 5 hours to level a character from level 13 to 50 between gold Heartland Conquer gear, 100xp, and 150xp scroll. Its slow... but im not having to pay for runs of skyreach, or blackrose prison, and usually make about 80k - 90k gold in the process. A decent amout on console. And its easy to set your bars so you have all your class skills at 50 and skills morphed along with 2 lines of weapons at 50 and mophed. Along with all the armor lines at 50 by the time your character hits level 50.

Ill say the top way the dolmens have the other ways beat is definitely the skill lines being maxed as well. The other ways give so much XP so quickly you don't really have the time to spread the XP out to all of your lines, which I always feel like the worst part of leveling is getting all the skill lines up. Ive never really be bothered by getting to 50, at least not compared to leveling undaunted, or god forbid psijic lol

@Kelpci ... and I had just erased the psijic grind from my mind... ugh... lol!!
Why did they take something as cool a concept as becoming a Psijic... and making it the most mind numbingly boring things to do. By the end of it, I wanted to take the Staff of Towers and reset MY timeline and get my hours back!
Great video by the way! Thanks for posting this sort of thing! Zos leaves so much unsaid in this game, so videos like this were a major part of what has kept me around for all these years!
      Thank you!

It's Dolmens for me. It's mind-numbingly easy and I can just watch Netflix on my laptop next to me while I'm playing, lol. I have scrolls built up and will be knocking out 2 more characters for crafting writs in the 100%XP event next week. I already have all their crafting levels on every craft to 50 but I've just been too lazy to actually level them yet, lol.

and how long does it take you to get from 1 to 50 with dolmens? days? yikes

@@kullinaama With the 2x XP and XP scrolls it was hours, not days.

      @@tomw8329 how many hours?

    • @tomw8329
      @tomw8329 6 дней назад

@@kullinaama Can't give an EXACT number as I didn't just play a straight run for the entire thing in one sitting. But if I had to guess probably 5 or 6 hours'ish. Most of that spent watching Netflix on my laptop next to me so I admit I wasn't specifically timing it. 2xXP, XP scrolls and a full training armor set made it bearable.

Good tips. I'm constantly helping new players and while I DO advise not to power level their 1st character, some people still want ro... others dont.
It's nice to know the same ole things still work.
Because the only characters I level quickly are for PvP, I do it on a much slower basis. I want their rotation / skill set fine tuned before they lvl off. Which means using the skills effectively.
** when I say rotation for PvP, I don't mean the 12345, swap 12345...swap of PvE. I mean getting skill timing right.

That's very true, i typically tell people in my guild that it's worth leveling slower because playing a class is 90% skill and understanding the class and 10% equipment. But I do understand the desire to get to 160 so the gear you get is worth keeping

@@Kelpci It's kinda weird, but I've gotten my sticker books complete by taking my lowbies to a zone that the sticker book isn't complete in and running them around there.. leveling them up and collecting more pieces for the sticker book.
It's not like a lvl 10 char gets a Lighting Staff of Mother Sorrow that wasn't in the sticker book.. binds it.. then the Master Crafter can't make it at CP160.
It's why I have a hard time with people saying "it's not worth it to farm gear before CP160"... Now if they plan on selling it, no, then it's not worth it...but to just put in the sticker book.. yeah, it's worth it. IMO
