@@kari.hq.official you do not get my point because you haven’t lived in nyc all your life. The standard of living just keeps getting lower and lower every time. You can’t even ride the subways cause crime out of control. The whole migrant situation is like the cherry on top and I want out.
I own an apt in ciudadela San Diego so I got a calm place to live in there.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you are subscribed. I suggest renting unless you plan to live there for the rest of your life or if you are buying for investment purposes. If you are new to Medellin you should rent and learn what areas you like then later make the investment to buy. 60-70k won’t get you much in the nicer parts of town anymore for that price you’ll be living in Bello, itagui, or maybe Belen.
