Frank. You are one of the good ones. Question: why is it not procedure to make people shut off their vehicles and hand officers their keys at all times during a traffic stop?
@@TheArmybrat1994 Right, but they have lots of procedures for public and officer safety. Seems like they would just have people shut off their vehicles and the officer can just put them in a safe place. This way they can't felony flee.
@@J.fromMI1277 I understand where you’re coming from but I imagine they would need reasonable suspicion that they will flee. It may be a privilege to drive but the car is still property of the owner and taking anything out of the car like that could be seen as a 4th amendment violation. Not something I myself would want to test.
Seizing a person's keys would violate their 4th Amendment right for a simple traffic stop. Could be argued if the stop is criminal in nature, but not for every traffic stop.
Miami needs a few dozen Franks. All people do is fly, tailgate, flash brights, cut off, illegally merge. All the police are too busy sitting in the middle of the road in Coral Gables during low-activity hours and handing out tickets for illegal left turns that aren’t actually illegal
Frank is phenomenal. Love the directness and no bs
I love the way he says there is nothing that I’m interested in😂

Well it’s not always required to take keys unless it’s clear that they may attempt to flee. Then of course. Seems like a waste of time tbh.

I’d rather not be forced to sit in the Arizona heat with the car off for an undetermined amount of time

4:30 nice laptops. He’s really good at his job. Funny guy. People suck.
For me a warning would work, a kind message to slow down. Worked for me a number of years ago and I kept my word to slow down.

You should see California😂
Cops see you speed and drive away while smiling at you😂😂😂
You named two cities, Miami and Coral Gables. Meaning two different police departments.
It’s not aggressive driving
