Yes kaya po ng 1day pero. Bawat spots stay ka lang 10 to 20minutes. Kaya ideal po talaga 2days pataas kasi maliligo ka pa. Banlaw tapus bihis.
I agree, pero for those na tight talaga sa schedule need lang makainom ng vitamins para kayanin ng 1 day.
