    Wow that looks so yummy. I am going to try this recipe and report back. We like more syrup and I am thinking of 1/4 c more sugar syrup (split the difference) and 1/2 your potatoes ( small group). Nothing beats my homemade marshmallows 😋! Yes, your meringue muy elegante.
    1. What are those gloves you are using? Heat proof?
    2. How do you make vanilla paste? Better than store bought?

    Im going to try to make this this year ❤ im thinking starting them in the morning and toasting right before meal time. Wondering could i make it the night before and bake it to warm it?

    Hey Louise.. I know this it's off topic for this video, but you might want to give your viewers a little heads up about covering the bread dough with plastic wrap when proofing it. I've made 4 loaves so far (they are that good and that easy, btw), and one time it was fine. The second time, it did fly off, and he top was a little dry but no biggy. I just used wet hands while giving the dough that last bit of work before the second rise, and it was fine. But the third time, the plastic wrap not only flew off the bread, it stuck to the heating coil! I had to add some water to the pot and put the foodi on steam for about15 minutes. That loosened up the stuck on plastic. so before I score it and baked it, I just got my hands slightly oily and rubbed a light coating of oil on it , and it came out amazing! It ended up with an even more golden crust, but not too browned, and it was slightly crispy, and the inside was still perfect. So I coasted the 4th one with a light coat of oil as well. I do plan on picking up a flour sack tomorrow if I run into one, but if I dont, then I'm just going to coat with a light coating of oil before I score it, like I did yesterday. But I would definitely give people this option instead of the plastic wrap.

      Correction. If you give it a light coating oil rub, do it before each rise, NOT before you score and bake it.

    Do you know what temperature the low setting slow cook is? I have an instant pot and when I do slow cook it seems to take FOREVER …and I read that traditional slow cookers have a higher temperature. Thanks.
