Nice show. I was wondering when Mick was going to pull the Strat out. I know folks may get bored with OD pedal shows, but I find them fun. I like trying them to find which fit my my guitars and amps and playing style. It’s an adventure.

Wonderful show. Been watching your show for many years....as such learning that neither of you are "gain monsters".......I have always been a guitar player that always turned the gain all the way up. Using various Boogie amps, I've always grabbed that drive/gain knob and cranked it to the max. Then I would boost it with different distortion/overdrive pedals to get even more gain. No one (soundmen, fellow band members) ever told me my sound sucked......after watching your show, it slowly made me realize I was over compressing my tone into total mush.....so I started turning the gain down on the amp, and stopped using the pedal's gain....just the volume for boosting.....and now everybody is telling me how much they like my tone. And I figured it out....what you guys have been saying for years..."turn the gain DOWN"!!!! Now I'm 68 years old.....it took me a long time to open my ears.....but you two helped me improve my sound. The Colosseum is fantastic! Great match between the BB and the Kl, it absolutely makes the sonic performance of the guitar (whatever guitar!) flourish...
