Its basicly for the people who are the reason new hires make minimum wage for 5 years, and the nearly retired outdated workers get all the benefits and get paid 10x the rates that the people actually working are being paid. The dudes who run other peoples companies you know, the people who decide their own salary and then continue to contribute nothing. The boomers.
