Leto would’ve been so cool if her s2 could override sp charge and instantly charge and activate any Ursus School Op’s skill, like imagine using Rosa’s S3 twice in a row.
Alas, she’s very… umm I like her skill effects and her weapons are cool!
Also Harold just leaves me a bit sad. He looks so fricken cool, only problem is as a budget healer he’s outdone by Honeyberry. (I’m still gonna build him because Gilfs are a dime a dozen but I wish he had more… spice?)

Leto’s just average, similar dps to Lappers but physical, just no utility (and probably worse utility too). Harold is also really strong and on par with the other 5* elemental healers, although he’s more of a burst one.

He's absolutely not outdone by Honeyberry? He's a burst oriented sidegrade of the berries and his s2 and great talent effects make him a perfectly competent alternative to them.

90% of the videos showcasing her either have her maxed out (level, skills, module etc.) or buffing her. Normally both. Her S3 with its multipliers and her talent def ignore are brain dead busted don’t get me wrong but ppl forget she has sword master stats which aren’t the greatest. For most things in the game her S3 should delete it. But when you are dealing with bosses and elites or above in challenge modes they are more likely to survive. Though again that varies per boss and mode.
Tdlr. She isn’t a true boss killer unless you give her buffs. And in reality Degen is Mylnar level busted not necessarily above it, some situations she is arguably worse.
