This is so awesome. Also I loved the fact that 682 just adapted to Saitama’s punch, really shows how threatening he is. I also like the fact that that he’s not instantly curve stomping Saitama due to his current durability. It means this guy shows respect to the characters,

@@Presumptious It might just be the base SCP-682 without any of its special powers, or as the commenter stated the "weakened" version of the current 682 that is contained in acid, of course SCP-682 and Saitama fighting would literally doom the entire universe as 682 would adapt to Saitama's punch, Saitama would grow stronger, and it would lead to an infinite cycle of continuously getting stronger.

The most important factor that will determine the struggle between these two will be "speed". Because they both continue to hold up fast in terms of strength and durability. But whichever character's attack speed is higher will give his opponent hell. If Saitama ramps up his "Omnidirectional Serious Punch" attack to infinite speed and boosts his strength each time, unfortunately he can't keep up with Saitama. It won't be easy to catch him as Saitama is physically smaller.
682 once adapted from a bit beyond human lvl speed to massicvley ftl in a few seconds. when he destroyed the universe, he went through "uncountable infinite expanses in uncountable infinite dimensions" in a short ammount of time.
and this is just in his avatar, his true form is quite literally stated as being a primordial idea that exists hard coded into every single narrative of the scp verse.

There will come a point in this fight where Saitama's strength will start growing so exponentially SCP 682 won't have the time to adapt to his strength, it'll start looking unfair and stop making any sense at all, almost comical. SCP doesn't have a chance

682 doesn’t even work similarly to Garou. 682 is basically Saitama but more intelligent and immortal. No moatter how hard Saitama punches, 682 just comes back stronger. Eventually, 682 would evolve to disable Saitama’s strength, somewhat like a Scranton Reality Anchor.

there is only like 3 instances in all the stories (that i know of), where 682 has died:
#1 is: scp 2935 (an alternate world where everything including scp 682 is dead)
#2 is: In the story "The stars do not wait for you", where scp 1915 erased everything in existence, instantly overcame threats like scp 343, cain and able, and more.
#3 is: in the story "revised entry" where Scp 173 (or the Koitern), rapidly begins multiplying killing all humans in the process, (now you might be wondering, how does scp 682 die in this scenario, well my friend, as i said scp 173 is better known as the koitern, a species that killed every last one of scp 682s species other than "atanti-ql-paneu" or scp 682, you can guess what happened: 150 of the koiterns ripped 682 apart until there was nothing left).

SCP-682 is slamming so badly because of its feats. If you think Saitama's strongest attack (DESTROYING GALAXIES supposedly) is strong, wait till you realize that SCP-682 has survived entities that threaten literally the fabric of existence and the world tree. SCP-682 has fought against gods who can destroy an infinite amount of universes.
Also if you take in cosmology... SCP-682 easily speed blitz and erases saitama.
Another thing is that Saitama would never truly be able to get rid of SCP-682 (Even though he can't harm it). SCP-682 has survived Existence Erasure, Plot Erasure, basically anything erasure.
