It turns out that making (Chee Cheong Fun ) rice noodle rolls is so easy. This classic rice noodle roll recipe will teach you how to make delicious rice noodle rolls at home. The taste is just like the ones you taste at dim sum restaurants.
➡️ 粉浆 Rice batter
110克 粘米粉 110g Rice flour
30克 玉米粉 30g Corn starch
1/2茶匙 盐 1/2 tsp Salt
400毫升 清水 400ml Water
2汤匙 食用油 2 tbsp Cooking oil
炒白芝麻 Fried white sesame seeds
➡️ 甜酱 Sweet sauce
3汤匙 糖 3 tbsp Sugar
2汤匙 蚝油 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
2汤匙 酱青 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
1汤匙 黑酱油 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
200毫升 清水 200ml Water
2汤匙 玉米粉 2 tbsp Corn starch

To make a delicious curry sauce for Chee Cheong Fun, follow this simple recipe:
Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons of oil (vegetable or coconut oil)
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
• 2-3 tablespoons of curry powder (adjust according to taste)
• 1 can (400 ml) of coconut milk
• 1 cup of vegetable or chicken broth (or water)
• 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional, to balance the flavors)
• Salt to taste
• Optional add-ins: chopped vegetables (like bell peppers or carrots), cooked chicken, or shrimp
Instructions:
1. Heat the Oil: In a saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat.
2. Sauté Aromatics: Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Then add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
3. Add Curry Powder: Stir in the curry powder and cook for about 1-2 minutes, allowing the spices to toast slightly and release their aroma.
4. Incorporate Liquids: Pour in the coconut milk and broth (or water), stirring well to combine.
5. Season the Sauce: Add soy sauce, sugar, and salt to taste. If you’re adding any vegetables or protein, now is the time to add them.
6. Simmer: Let the sauce simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens slightly. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
7. Serve: Once the sauce is ready, pour it over steamed Chee Cheong Fun and enjoy!
