In my opinion this is terrible advice. I think we all should have dead time. Being always consuming content is no good. Even if you're stuck in a Uber or a bus just take that time to be with yourself and your own thoughts.
Thanks for the feedback. The point is not to consume more content, it’s to look for opportunitties to make better use of your time.
If you don’t want to do anything that’s fine too.
Do what makes you happy.
