I put my vegetables or fruits in a bowl with cold water with vinegar and salt or baking soda. Put your food in there mix them up and let sit for about 10 minutes if there is anything on them to see what is floating on top of them it again until the water is clean
I used to use just a pan and water to boil my eggs but that took too long. Now I use an egg shaped egg boiler called The Egg Pod, it only takes 9 min in the microwave, and then pour cold water over the eggs, I put in a few cubes of ice to hurry the process. Then I empty out the water, close the egg pod back up and shake vigorously 10 times, and the eggs will be cracked enough to peel them, they come out beautifully. I highly recommend the egg pod

Use Fruit Fresh to keep apple slices from browning. It’s a dry ascorbic acid in powder form. Usually found in the canning supplies. You just mix it with water and soak your apples for a couple of minutes. There are a few brands- Mrs. Wages, Ball and Fruit Fresh brand. I’ve used all three. They all work the same. It’s natural and safe.
I live this idea because when I go to town shopping and or doing errands after a while you become hungry and I usually go to a drive thru or a restaurant and eat but the calories are outrageous even at Panera Bread. I'm definately going to purchase these containers and eating these snacks when I become hungry while in town. Thank you for your videos
I use a mix of lemon and like juice with a tiny bit of sugar. Idk the science behind it (I guess the sugar helps slow the oxidation??) but it's worked for me time after time as well as putting an ice pack underneath OR putting them in a "primed" thermos. And if you add a little basil to your grape tomatoes and cheese, you've basically got a mini caprese salad!
I do usually go for cheese (I think I have a lactose problem) but that aged cheddar from Balderson is amazing. Even the skinniest sliver packs a flavour punch. Cheese is expensive here in Canada. I’m jealous of dairy deals in the USA.
I dip apple slices in pineapple juice to keep them from browning. Tastes way better than dipping in lemon juice, and I think it works better. I usually just use the juice drained off a can of pineapple.

Hey there! I put my eggs in a muffin tin and bake them at 325 for 30 minutes. Then a 5-minute ice bath, and then peel. It still works well, but I think the Instant Pot peels them better. =)
How about the way to peel the damn eggs. It’s the most dreaded thing I have to do bc I know I’m gonna lose half the eggs trying to peel it. Why why why can’t I peel it. I’ve heard they last up to 7 days if left in shell in refrigerator so I usually cook a dozen and leave them in fridge for my girls. Any tips on how to peel them and not lose 1/2 the egg?
I don't know if it actually helps, but sometimes I peel my egg under running water! Maybe it's just a placebo effect, but I feel like they peel pretty easily that way. =)

Hi Abdi! No specific food will help you gain weight or muscle. Eating extra calories in general will help, especially focusing on protein and healthy fats. Since you're asking about smoothies, I recommend adding things like whole milk, protein powder, banana, and lots of peanut butter. That'll add a ton of calories.

We try to make sure our snacks have a balance of protein, fat, and carbs. They usually look pretty similar to these boxes!

I have to be dairy free so cheese is a big no-no for me. I like to have a snack ready so I pre cut all vegetables for several days at a time.
